“Wanted to leave a positive review for this company, even though we had a less than perfect experience. As our car was being loaded onto the flatbed, the driver lightly damaged our vehicle. I watched it happen, and it was an honest mistake that could have happened to any towing company (our car is admittedly a little high-maintenance when it comes to being towed).Luckily, after speaking with the owner, she immediately committed to making it right and had a positive attitude through the whole process. A lot of businesses would have brushed us off, but these guys showed a lot of integrity by being so willing to work with us to get the car repaired. Our baby is now back to new, and I wouldn't hesitate to use this towing service again!”
