They were so nice, affordable and fast, I got my car towed there Monday afternoon because my tire rods on my passenger side broke and they had my car fixed the next morning! They explained what had happened to me and gave me such a reasonable price. I was incredibly worried I’d have to drop 500+ for a repair when it was only 293 for the inner and outer rod plus alignment. “I have lived in the area for nearly 8 years. I always heard of this shop but never tried him. I recently dropped a car off to Riffle that I was having troubles with. He jumped in the car and had no issues. He kept the car for some time driving it over and over again and could not get it to act up. Riffle also spent time diagnosing the issue. He called me to pick the car up and didn’t want to charge me a single dollar after spending hours on it. That assured me about his great reputation he has and his honesty. “We picked up a nail in our tire on the way to our vacation in Hot Springs and were driving on what barely passes for a spare. The hole was in the sidewall and my husband was concerned that the tire would be trashed and we'd have to buy 4 new tires, which would really be a bummer since we just got them this year and they were under roadside warranty - at home. We stopped at Stroope Tire to have them take a look at it. They had us pull right in, fixed the tire for what we thought was a very reasonable price, and we were back on vacation. We've driven over 1,200 miles on it and it's just fine. There is so much to be said about a locally owned shop versus one of the tire giants. We greatly appreciate everything they did for us!”
“We were on vacation in Hot Springs and saw I had a nail in my rear tire. Very upsetting because I just purchased this set of tires two months ago in Louisiana and at $400 a tire I sure am glad I opted for the road hazard warranty. I called the shop back home that I purchased them from and they gave me a 1 800 number to call to find a shop in this area to honor the warranty. I call them and they give me a claim number and tell me to go to American Tire and Wheel just about 10 mins away. Awesome so I show up when they open the next morning (Friday) and tell the guy at the counter I need a new rear tire. He looks up the brand and size and says I don't have one in stock but can have it here for 2pm. Great I said and by the way this is a road hazard claim and here is my paperwork and claim number. His whole demeanor changed as he proceeds to tell me "we don't honor road hazards, we're been burnt too many times in the past with these road hazard claims" I informed him I called the 1-800 number who in turn told me to come specifically to your shop. He said we don't honor road hazards but you can talk to the owner if you like. There was sign on the door, on the showroom and another sign behind the counter advertising the road hazard warranty. So I call the 1-800 number back and tell them the situation and he tells me they have to honor it. They are under contract with us. By then the owner comes out and I hand him my paperwork and tell him the same thing. He says "I don't handle road hazard warranties because I've lost too much money in the past from it. I am an independent dealer" I said what did I buy this road hazard for then. I was still on the phone with the road hazard guy and he could hear the conversation. He says let me talk to the owner. I tell the owner he wants to talk to you. The owner has a disgusted look on his face as I hand him my phone and he goes on and on about how he has lost money on road hazard warranty's in the past not paying and the tire he needs is not in stock and won't be able to get it until Monday anyway. I correct him and say the guy at the counter just said he could have the tire here at 2pm. This was on a Friday. I tell the owner I can see you don't want to help me or want my business so I will gladly go somewhere else. I walk out to my car still on the phone with the warranty company getting info for another shop close that will honor the warranty. While proceeding to drive off the owner approaches my car and I roll the window down. He says why didn't you tell me from the start this was a NTW road hazard claim. I said I told the first guy and even gave you the paperwork showing the claim number that started with NTW. Apparently you don't want my business and I will be glad to go somewhere else. The 1-800 number then recommended Hot Springs Tire & Auto who welcomed me and Kyle took excellent care of me honoring the warranty and replacing the tire. I hope the owner of American Tire and Wheel sees this and is well pleased with his actions.”

“I rarely leave reviews. Let me start by staying I have been restoring high end cars for over 20 years. Only one or two shops in all my years have been as honest and trustworthy as Lone wolf and it's owner. Everytime there arose an issue with repair or somethings not completely the way I want it, the shop will find a way to make it my fault and not make it right. You don't learn anything about a shop owner when everything goes right. You learn real quick though when there's a problem.This owner immediately addressed the small issue and made it right before I could say anything. He is the most honest and hard working business owner I have met since moving here from Texas. He did a wonderful job on my 40 foot rv. We ran into so many problems with our RV not Lone Wolf's fault though. We got hit with biggest hail storm and other issues and he went above and beyond to help me. He was constantly making suggestions to save me money in repairs. If he were like most shops I've dealt with he could have racked up a huge bill and I wouldn't of known better, but he explained better ways to repair that ended up saving me thousands of dollars! I definitely recommend them.”
