“We had our vehicle towed here. Unfortunately they were unable to get the part we needed because Mitsubishi wouldn't let them order it and it was warranty work through the dealer. They were still very helpful and friendly and did what they could for us. Would recommend.”
“I had an excellent experience with The Car Doc and can’t recommend them enough. From the very beginning, they were honest, professional, and upfront about everything. Their pricing was fair, and they took the time to explain the diagnosis instead of just handing me a repair bill.
What really stood out was how they listened to my concerns about what I thought might be wrong with my car. They quickly diagnosed the actual issue and even walked me out to the vehicle to show me exactly what had failed and explain why it needed to be replaced. That level of transparency gave me a lot of confidence that I was being treated honestly.
I ended up needing a new radiator, and the entire repair process was smooth. They also went out of their way to work around my schedule since I work during their normal business hours, making it much easier for me to drop off and pick up my car.
It’s hard to find an auto repair shop you can truly trust, but The Car Doc earned mine. If you’re looking for honest mechanics, fair prices, quality work, and great customer service, I highly recommend giving them a try.”
“Have a wonderful 1955 Plymouth Belvedere that I use as a daily driver. It need a new exhaust system, so after reading the reviews, I took it in to Justin McCoy and Will Kimton at Spa Muffler Service.
Took them all of 40 minutes to install a new system from exhaust manifold to tail pipe, including multiple bending of the exhaust up and over the right rear axle. System was also seamlessly welded, not clamped, and sounds like the burble of a good old fashioned V8. Price is right, service is superb, and I couldn’t be more pleased…thank you!”

“The BEST car detailing experience I’ve ever had. Chris really saved me from of a pretty serious challenge. I had accidentally left my car windows open overnight during a storm and I contacted him as soon as I realized it late on a Saturday night. This amazing man rescued me from a potentially damaging situation.
He showed up early on a Sunday and (sad and embarrassed to admit I had to ask) on Father’s Day. He completely and impeccably dried, cleaned, and saved my car from ruin!

“I have been using this little shop since I arrived in Arkansas in 2001, for everything except engine and transmission installation (and only because they don't do those particular bigger jobs, or I would have) I have never had a problem with any of the work that they have done, and if I did, I know that they would make it right. Great little shop. Very honest, and they have a contract with the post office for their vehicles, so you know they are good. By the way, Robbie Hecke is retired, it's now called Manny's Auto Repair, and Manny has been there for decades.”

But the team at Gregg Orr turned a very stressful situation into a surprisingly positive experience.

She kept us informed every step of the way, responded quickly to every question, gave us great advice, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free.
