This meat market is absolutely the best. I lived in Hot Springs for 10 years and this place was my go-to. Please try their beef jerky. Every time I'm in town I grab a few bags!

Went for the first time today. Oh my!!! The coconut pie reminds me of my grandmothers when it was a kid. So so good. Can’t wait to cook the Italian sausage I bought. Such a fun market thanks for the quality you produce!!

For the past 15 years, John Hight has worked at Weldon’s who now owns Weldon’s along with his wife, Dusty Hight. Previous owners, Tom and Charla Starnes ran our butcher's market and helped it grow into the shop it is now.
