“I love shopping at Sam's. I love their products and their pricing. Service in this store is ALWAYS good, and I typically use self check registers or check out using my phone app. The store is ALWAYS clean and is ALWAYS well stocked. I LOVE the snack bar and really love the snack bar pricing. A real value. I would prefer Coke products instead of the current Pepsi products; but overall, snack bar is a "10".
The ONLY negative for the Surprise, AZ store is the gas station.
-There are never enough lanes or pumps
-The payment process is much slower than Costco, where you simply tap your Costco card and you're ready to go. Connecting and paying with the Sam's app is VERY slow.
-Getting into the unmarked lanes across the parking lot is a traffic nightmare. It's a mess.
So, my experience with this location is that if you leave out the gas station, this Sam's location is a 5++++”
“I love the neighborhood market stores, especially having walmarts turning into super centers and no walmart is "regular" anymore, so the introduction of Neighborhood market was a great option in my opinion. Confusing set up the first few times but definitely love the variety they place in the neighborhood market stores!”
“Always fills my Rx’s fast, no matter if it was sent in from a Dr. or if I have a handwritten copy. Smiling faces and very friendly, can’t say this enough, they always make me feel welcome. If there is something they don’t have, they will order it and have it ready by noon the next day. I am so happy that I switched over from the big grocery store I used to go to. I’m so much happier and appreciated here.”

“Grocery stores in town do not sell parsnips. I asked the produce man if they were just out of stock, and he replied, "No, we don't sell them anymore because we threw out mid than we sold."Parsnips are similar to a carrot, but they are higher in vitamins & minerals and much sweeter than a carrot. Perfect in a vegans soups and stews, add with potatoes & onions in roast, added to Drunken Pork stew, yummy in a green salad or vegetable tray, steamed, but my absolute favorite way to eat parsnips is roasted along side baby potatoes, onions topped with bacon crumbles, then drizzled with a mustard sauce. I should have planted my fall/ winter garden, and then I could pull up a few parsnips for dinner and day....People really need to eat more nutrient rich veggies for their health and for the environment. Our food causes 1/3rds of all emissions”
“When you walk in, they do seem short staffed, but they will answer any question quickly and with a smile . Not a bad wait for meds either .probably the only Walmart i would go to for prescriptions.”

The medicine prescribed to him was over $800, she used the Walgreens app to find it for $246, that was great. However she did not stop there. The medicine was generic and she found out his insurance would pay most of the cost of the name brand. The cost went down to only $47! Thank you again Susie great customer service.”
“Always well stocked, and super friendly employees! I encountered a frustrating incident and after voicing my concern, store manager Devon reached out and more than resolved the issue. They also have a automated floor cleaning robot my kids love. Sometimes a employee is driving the robot though and I dunno it seems weird.”

“They are SO friendly and will do whatever it takes to make sure you get the best price. I didn't have my insurance card and they called another pharmacy to get the information I should've had. They also filled it right there on the spot so I didn't even have to wait at all. Definitely going there for my pharmacy needs from now on! I never leave reviews but just felt like they deserved this 110%.”

“we go once a month to this store it is Hot Springs AR. we love the products and the store employees are helpful. overall the store has large products that are great. I only wish they had more natural health products like ginko biloba and elderberry, not gummies which are useless. I can get general poducts like nasanex and tomotoe paste, honey, laundry products. I would like a natural health area with the items noted. we do love the store.”

The guys tracked down a warranty i didnt even know I had made it out of there for less than $30.00. They also found a bolt stuck in my tire and fixed it as well! “This is not my usual pharmacy, so I can’t vouch for how great they are on a consistent basis. But for me, they came in clutch tonight. My usual pharmacy is not open 24hrs, and I needed a medication asap. My doctor transferred my script over and they processed and filled it immediately. That’s all I really need in a pharmacy: quickness and efficiency. SO grateful that they are open 24hrs.”
