“The entire staff is friendly and accommodating. Locations are clean...and you are acknowledged when you walk in.
The speed is uncanny. My doc is right next door, and by the time my appointment is over, I'm getting a text that my Rx is ready ! Now....I know a good pharmacy is going to be busy, and that speed can't always be expected....but they haven't failed yet !
AND they order my preferred generic brand when I ask.
Really can't think of a reason to go anywhere else !”

“If your tank is on the drivers side there’s typically a line and the people pumping gas are in NO RUSH to finish and move on. Thankfully my tank is on the passenger side and those pumps are easy in/out. If I drive by and the lines are super long I won’t stop. I’m not that desperate to buy the cheapest gas in town.”
“Great place, and great people. Been using them for probably close to two years now. They have always been great to me. Their online system and mobile app work perfectly fine in my experience (same app MANY local pharmacies use including the one I switched from). They greet me by name when I walk in, never take much time at all to do refills. They never make me feel self-conscious/ashamed etc. or anything like that when discussing my prescriptions, like if I need to request an early refill for traveling for the holidays. My only nitpick is I wish you got text messages when a prescription has been filled and is ready for pickup like I did with my previous pharmacy. Again, they used the same app and website for their online stuff (LocalRX) and I would get a text message anytime a refill was ready. But that's all I can think of.”

I’ve only been in Hot Springs for six years but for six years, I’ve been using this Kroger for everything. Check it out next time you are out for groceries. The people who work here are extremely helpful. All you have to do is ask.”
