No Excuse Gym and Tanning in Hot Springs is a welcoming place with friendly owners. It has a positive environment for strong powerlifters and those working to improve their health and fitness. The owners are great people and supportive of the community. Many members appreciate the personal trainers and the overall vibe, making it a gym they plan to stay with for life.
Terry and Wade are the most down to Earth and sweetest people. They will help you anyway they can. I cant say enough about this gym. Free weights, machines. Whatever your fitness goals they got you!!!

I love this place. They maintain their equipment and the staff is always friendly, it's the only place I'll go for my tanning and fitness needs

Went a few years ago and it was a great gym, great owners, good price, plenty of free weight equipment. Will be going back asap
