The best gym in Hot Springs! A welcoming environment with amazing owners. They’re incredible personal trainers and even better people. Strong powerlifters come out of this gym as well as people who are just trying to better their health and fitness journey. I will be a lifelong member of this gym community. Couldn’t recommend more!

Family run gym by really nice people who are awesome powerlifters. Super affordable. Especially great if you like to lift, but they have a nice variety of equipment too. Great place for (supervised) teens and older, but wouldn't recommend bringing young kids.

Excellent place to train! Dont come in here if you dont like to sweat or lift true iron! This place is not for the faint or weak at heart. Hardcore! Iron! Sweat! And pure enjoyment! loved every bit of it!
