Uptown Hot Springs is an aging mall with a limited selection of stores, including Dillard's, JC Penny, and Bed, Bath, and Beyond. The mall is expected to decline further in the coming years, but it still has some enjoyable features. The aesthetics inside the mall are described as nice, and the former FYE and Suncoast stores are something to see. The Dillard's department store has friendly and helpful staff, making it a good option for special occasion shopping. The mall also offers a variety of other shops, such as Spencer's, Crumbl Cookies, American Eagle, and Candy Craze, each with its own unique charm. Despite the mall's aging condition, there are still things to appreciate, such as the "trashy 2000's aesthetic" and the variety of merchandise available, including anime, Hello Kitty, and slasher-themed items.
We were traveling home and decided to stop by the mall in Arkansas. Sadly we never make it inside. They don’t open until 12pm which is odd to me, but I did hear. It is a great place to shop.
April 2026
Not many stores left but lots of memories shared over the years in this space. Curious to see what becomes of the old Hot Springs Mall.
September 2025
This mall doesn’t have a lot to offer, this mall is closing soon and going to be demolished for a lifestyle center. However the aesthetics inside this mall was nice and that massive former Fye and Suncoast was something to see.
