“I visited from the Dallas area, we had a mall like this that's now The Gran Plaza! It's been revamped and glad it didn't get torn down! The possibilities are endless with this shopping mall too. Photo studio, Mother's Day Out, Dance or Zumba class, Painting with a Twist, Facial Skin Spa, or Massage Parlor. Hold Seasonal events like Easter Bunny, Santa Wonderland, or Back to School kickoff too. I hope the leasing staff can reach out to local businesses and offer lower rates to clothing boutiques, home decor businesses, work wear, and uniform scrubs. Bring this place back to life 🫶”
