Hotel Hale is a restored historic hotel on Bathhouse Row within Hot Springs National Park, offering a prime and completely walkable location near shops, restaurants, and park attractions. The experience is consistently described as a definite 5-star experience, with amazing, friendly, attentive, and flexible service that provides a family small business vibe. The hotel is clean and thoughtfully set up, with top notch clean rooms that are better than many chain hotels. Each room is the coolest hotel room, featuring a unique mix of early 20th-century architecture, MCM furniture, and modern art. Notable details include exposed brick, repurposed bath tiles, luxurious linens, comfy pillows, lovely bathrobes, and delightful cookies. The standout feature is the giant soaking tub in each private bathroom, filled directly with thermal mineral water from the hot springs, allowing for endless, very relaxing soaks without leaving your room. The onsite Eden restaurant is incredible, with excellent food and drinks, and a fantastic included brunch. Service there is also fabulous. Guests enjoy carafes of refreshing spring water readily available throughout the hotel, as well as coffee and juice delivered to the room each morning. The overall stay is wonderful, relaxing, and special, with many guests expressing a strong desire to return soon.
