The bed was unbelievably comfortable, the linens were high-end, and every detail in the room was curated to make the stay feel special. We especially loved the soaking tub and the serene view—both made it feel like a true escape.
The property itself is stunning, quiet, and relaxing. Service was warm and attentive without ever feeling intrusive. Every interaction felt genuine, and you can tell the staff takes real pride in making each guest’s stay memorable.”

“We had an incredible experience at Hotel Hale. The level of customer service was exceptional and the best we’ve had in years. The owners and staff were responsive, considerate, polite, and engaged. We really appreciated seeing the owners actively involved and interacting with guests. The room was very nicely designed. We loved the brick walls and French doors that opened to nature. The mattress was very comfortable and we enjoyed being able to soak in mineral water in our private tub. We truly enjoyed our visit and hope to return in the future.”

“Our stay here was ok! No complaints! It's very minimal. Great for people who don't foresee staying in the hotel room much. Room was clean but showing signs of aging, bathroom was very tight and the bathroom sink was the tiniest thing I had ever seen. Just enough to get the job done.
Service was excellent. Location, also excellent. They are also dog friendly and right next to a trail and easily walkable to the historic hotel row.”

“What a find! We got so so lucky. We spontaneously decided to go to Hot Springs for Labor Day weekend and I called on Saturday, and there was one cabin left. We had such a great time!
Philip. the owner, was so kind and gracious. We had never been to Hot Springs before, and we had such a good time. The weather was perfect.
The house has a master bedroom with a king bed, and a secondary bedroom with two smaller beds. The kitchen is large with a full refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, etc. The bathroom is accessible with a walk-in shower.
We were really close to the lake and took less than a minute to walk there.
I would recommend making a trip to Kroger or Walmart before coming if you're planning to stay awhile and do a lot of cooking yourself. There were some basic spices in the cabinets but not too much. Everything else is available for you. Dishware utensils Etc there are plenty.
Be sure to bring either a big bar of bath soap or bath gel and also shampoo and conditioner.
There are plenty of Lake toys, like floaties and rafts for anyone to use.
It's about a 10 or 15 minute drive to the casino and downtown Hot Springs.
We are already planning on returning. I highly recommend coming here and enjoying all the amenities Knollwood Lodge and lake life has to offer.”

“Gold-Inn is pretty solid for the price you pay, but it is proof of you get what you pay for. The room was cute and seemed clean (very small but to be expected). The AC did not seem to be working. It wasn’t that hot outside as I stayed there in October, and it was cooler outside than inside. There also didn’t seem to be anyone on site to speak to. On the website it said there was breakfast snacks in the office by the deck, but that wasn’t the case. This was fine, but I had been hoping to ask someone about the AC. It wasn’t miserable enough to bother with calling for maintenance, so it’s on me. All in all the place was cute, I felt safe, but my experience was commiserate with the lower price. Other reviews made it seem exceptional but it wasn’t in my experience.”

“The house feels like I just stepped into the pages of a vintage book. The grounds are immaculate and as I drive up, it appears as if to be a "castle on the hill". The innkeeper Mr.David met us at the front door entrance to walk us into the great doors of this Victorian style home. The beauty was almost overwhelming, from the original rich wood floors, the intricate details, the antique furniture pieces, the stained glass windows and so much more. Each room came with a story which Mr David provided with great knowledge and passion. You can instantly feel the love he and his wife has for this home. Mrs Rebecca met us after our amazing and delicious 3 course breakfast served complete with original China and silverware from the original owner of the home established in 1880. Mrs Rebecca's eyes glimmered as she lamented over stories of each room and the property. The bed was perfect, even for someone with back problems. So soft and inviting, like a warm hug. Every place you look, you see fine details and intricate details. No stone left unturned. I highly recommend you book your stay at this little slice of heaven tucked away and nestled back on the hill. You couldn't ask for more, as I have stayed here multiple times. Whether here with your partner for a romantic stay, with your girlfriends for a girl's trip, or even alone, to write, pray, reflect, or meditate in the calm, comforting peace of the wildwood bed and breakfast inn.”

“I came from out of state and had looked for a place to stay for days leading up to the travel. This is a very nice hotel. We've all seen the pictures of hotels and its nothing like the pictures, but this isn't one of those. It really is on the water and the pool is at the lakeside. The fire pit, BBQ, and lounge area all look across the water. The rooms all seem to have lake views. Inside is clean and well kept, security looks tight here - I can absolutely feel comfortable staying here again. Rooms are nice, comfortable beds and pillows, and a short drive from some of the best food Ive had in the whole state. Highly recommend this place”

“Wanted a quick get away from work and booked at the Lotus. It was a blessing to see it was a Mom and Pop Motel America Owned. I try to always eat and stay where it is America owned. We checked in and was on top floor when a hard rain came and there was a leak as soon as we called the Owner came helped us move to a much larger room and was very nice and wanted to make sure we where ok. The girl that checked us in was on point and very helpful. Will book here again. Yes is a old Motel being repaired but I too am old needing some repairs as well.”

“So far they are nice I was stuck in the rain cause the rodeway told me there was no rooms but for one night I knew I should of came here but I listened to my mom then I came here and it was like all the stress the rodeway gave me went out the door they welcomed my loving dog Alice with no questions asked and anytime I needed something they were there to help and if they couldn't they would doing me in the right direction”
“I have been staying here for about 10 years on and off. Never had an issue with any type of bugs. The management is friendly and warm and if you stay for more than a day they check and make sure everything is okay and if you need anything. This is always my go-to place to stay whenever I'm in Hot springs. Another plus is they have both smoking and non smoking rooms.”

“My husband does a lot of research before we stay somewhere. We were visiting Little Rock and Hot Springs. Man did we hit the jackpot with this beautiful Inn. I have food allergies, that was no problem for the staff here. They made me delicious breakfast both mornings we were here. Can we talk about the bed for a minute?! So comfortable! I need to know the make and model of the mattress in the Hamilton Presidential Suite.
The suite was very clean and so well decorated. We enjoyed our stay so much. Thank you for a great stay.”
