About Kings Inn
Kings Inn is a clean, well-kept, and cheap little hotel in Hot Springs, offering a nice step back in time. The rooms are clean with comfy beds and pillows, and there are no bugs. Some rooms allow smoking. The pool and waterfall area is very nice and stays clean. The owners are amazing, really nice, and accommodating, and they watch over the property. It is close to almost everything, with a casino and downtown tourist attractions within walking or short driving distance. There are plenty of nearby activities, shops, and convenient stores. It is a direct and easy place to stay, favored by guests who return every time they are in town.

Nice step back in time hasn't been updated since the 60s, well kept and clean.very nice pool area.

This is not a $500/night hotel in Paris on the Riviera. This is a little hotel in Hot Springs. It's clean and close to almost everything. I've stayed here several times and it is my go-to when I'm in town.

We always stay here because the rooms and pool are so clean. I see reviews about the owner watching everything and everyone....that's fine with me. That means me and my property are being looked after. The owners are always really nice and accommodating. In fact, will be staying there next weekend!
