“I bought an iPhone 7 from them for $260 (including a case) and after a week of using it the battery messed up. I went back and said that i need my money back or for it to be fixed, they fixed it for no charge then it messed up again. well this time i brought it back and said i just need my money back. they said they cant do a refund but they can send it to get fixed again. I said okay lets do it. Then she called about an hour later and said that i can have an 8 to replace the 7. New wave does good deals but it theres something wrong with the phone theyll help you!!”
“Paid my dad's bill at this location. All that was needed was last 4 of social and 4 digit pin. My father is elderly so he keeps a simple flip phone, however the store is equipped with up to date phones with great start up packages and reasonable monthly payments.”
