“The manager, Jason, was exceptional. His professionalism and knowledge base was second to none. I have visited several AT&T stores over the years and this is the first time someone actually knew how to help. Jason was patient and worked the problem vigorously. Ensuring that all my phones were backed up, ported and operational.
He put off his lunch break to assist and did not leave until the problem was solved.
Jason knew what he was doing. Decades of experience was shown in his efforts.
Excellent customer experience. Go to this Malvern, AR store and ask for Jason. He will point you in the right direction.”
