The company has replaced windows and siding for customers, exceeding their expectations and leaving them amazed at the results. With a focus on customer education and satisfaction, Wilson's Home Improvement Company earns praise for their excellent service and beautiful finished products. Customers really enjoy their new windows, calling their experience exemplary. Everyone, from the person who answers the phone through the estimator and the installer, is great, friendly, and willing to answer any questions. After windows are ordered, there is a wait, but upon completion, installation is scheduled right away. Installers arrive on time, windows are a perfect fit and look great, and installation is completed in one day, including cleaning. Installers are super friendly and very good at their work. Customers appreciate the quality of the windows and workmanship, and the limited lifetime warranty is a great thing. Wilson's showed customers their product and provided an estimate. A small team shows up promptly, replaces windows, and cleans up the area. Customers are shown how to operate the windows and reminded about the lifetime warranty. An inspector comes later to inspect the installers' work. Everyone is professional and takes pride in their work, leaving customers pleased and highly recommending Wilson's. Customers are so pleased with their new windows, wishing they had done them sooner, and plan to call again soon. Service is so good, they hope to request the same guys for the rest of the windows, as they were professional and friendly. Wilson's always gets the best of the best for less.

We had 5 windows replaced, Jason did an excellent job. The sales approach was amazing, some company are relentless in selling you stuff you don't want, wilsons listened to exactly what I wanted and made it happen at a very reasonable price.
