Rebecca also kept the car rental company updated on the expected date of when the car repairs would be done; which I've come to learn is very important.”

“I cannot give Sherwood tires enough stars for the customer service and care they provided. Me and my family were on a cross country trip and had numerous car problems and kept getting taken advantage of until we were sent to Sherwood tire by someone affiliated with speights Napa auto. They sent us a recommendation quickly! They squeezed us in quickly, figured out what was going on, and got us all the way back home with no stops. They were thorough and quick! Wish I lived closer so I could be a loyal customer. I will now be a loyal Napa Auto care customer when looking for auto repair. Thank you!!!”
