“Went in to grab some fish food and ended up looking at all the reptiles for way too long. Staff was super helpful when I asked about tank setups, didn't make me feel dumb for not knowing stuff. Wish they had a little more variety in their smaller dog toys but overall a solid spot.”

“Shopped there for a trailer. Jennifer helped me. Would there be more salespeople like her. Where do I start? She was so busy that I thought she wouldn't take the time to really help me. Big surprise. She not only took the time but really listened to me and gave me a great deal on a trailer. She's great. Why can't more people in retail be like her? She is a throw back to the old days when salespeople treated customers right. She's a keeper for sure”
“It was quite a surprise when a stray cat I'd been feeding from the nearby colony chose my porch to give birth! Wanting to ensure their safety, I moved the new family into my garage. Knowing I couldn't keep them long-term, I reached out to a local Facebook group, who recommended this animal shelter. I was so grateful when they took the mother and kittens in without hesitation. Calling to check on them, I learned they are thriving and that this lovely mother and her babies will soon find their forever homes. The shelter staff were kind, helpful, and even discussed the possibility of TNR for the other cats. Despite hearing about varied experiences, my own was overwhelmingly positive, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this shelter. Their kindness to these vulnerable animals, and to me, was truly appreciated, and I intend to donate to their cause.”
“Kenzie did such a great job on Honey’s haircut. They were very sweet with her (her being a nervous chihuahua mix). The check in and check out processes were easy and communicative! They asked lots of questions and took great care. The price was great as well!”
