“Overall everything has been amazing the only complaint I have is that there is paint splatters all over the floor in the entire apartment. I love all the Amazon locker it makes getting packages so easy and overall everything is very clean.”

“When I had an issue with my refrigerator Jeris in the office communicated with me clearly and was accommodating to my schedule. When William and andrew with the maintenance department arrived they were polite and very efficient. My issue was resolved same day 10/10 service.”
“The office staff and maintenance personnel are prompt in taking care of issues.The property is kept neat and clean.The con, the pet deposit and monthly pet rent is high and the deposit is nonrefundable.”
“I've had no problems with moving in and my neighbors have been courteous and kind. The ceilings are a bit easy to hear through, but the walls are soundproofed well enough that I haven't had any problems with hearing my nextdoor neighbors. The only pests I've found are springtails which I borderline don't consider pests and I've only seen a couple of them. The insulation is great, the management is easy to work with, and I've found it to be plenty space for myself.”
“(Before covid) I went to the golf course when my friend who lived there invited me. I was always impressed with the older gentleman who ran it. He would give me advice on how to put, let my kid grab a cold drink on a summer day (happened only once management), and showed passion for the skill of golfing. I was appreciative of the instructions and use them whenever I golf with friends again. I hope to see him there again and ask for more pointers.”
“Great place, convenient location, and helpful staff! Provides a safe place for my daughter during her college years. Make sure your child does their check in items completely within the time frames, they will be a lifesaver later at check out!”
“I am so happy to call the Cliff’s my home, especially because of the property manager Britney. She makes my daughter feel like one of her own. She is always so kind when she speaks to us. She has made us feel so welcomed. I would recommend anyone to stay at the cliffs. She make sure that the property looks so nice. Her and the employees are just phenomenal people.”
“I've loved living at the Cardinal, its right near campus and you don't have to worry about buses. The rooms are nice and if there is a problem the workers will do their best to solve it for you! Unfortunately, there is not enough room in the parking garage for all the residents. This has been an issue for me, but thankfully I was able to get a parking space for next year.”
“Thank you Greg and Dylan for all the upgrades. I lived here 5 years ago and we begged for shade in the dog park. Greg and Dylan made it happened. Today they fixed the fence giving us access to the restroom from the pool. We always had to go back to our apartments before. All the improvements are making us feel like our opinions and ideas really count and make it feel more like a home not just an apartment. ?”
“I live in a duplex on Oakland Zion for 3 years and loved it. The neighbors were great and any maintenance issues were addressed immediately. Not sure why the others didn't call the office to have concerns addressed. I know some people just like to complain but the manager has no issues fixing anything. You just have to make the request and be available for the entrance to be able to fix.”

“The Locale is awesome!!!! I love that they have guest parking for the guests and does cool and awesome giveaways like a baseball jersey and Stanley cup! They also have a really cool and awesome leasing consultant named Gaby!!!!”
“I really like it here, the only problem is the shuttle that we cannot fully depend on since it has to go to maintenance often. I do have to say the shuttle driver is really nice.”
“I used to live at Black Oak. These apartments were great. The new owners really take care of their residents. I hated to have to move, but my job transferred me. The manager and maintenance guys were awesome!”
“I have lived at the station apartments for over three years. The management has always handled problems quickly and politely even those late night emergency calls. the pool and fitness center are clean and well kept. I have used the clubhouse for private parties several times and it has always been very nice. my only complaint is that some of the residents are loud and disruptive at times.”

We love the apartment. When we had a couple issues when we first moved in, management and maintenance both were quick, professional and friendly in taking care of our concerns. “Nice place to live. Never had any big issues.Great location next to the interstate and only a few minutes away from food and baseball! Lots of trails just a few minutes drive away. Approximately 15 minutes (with traffic) to the UoA.Dog friendly complex.Always felt safe here at all times of the day. Johnson Police Department rolls through a few times a day.Management team is very friendly and responds well to requests. Great communication. Move in and move out process was simple (so was the living part!).Maintenance team is great. Always a pleasure to chat with and friendly. They definitely work hard to keep everything operating.I wish you all the best!”
