Matthew helped me out at my last visit to the ATT store. I was a little nervous because I was trying to decide whether I should make the switch from Apple to Samsung and he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable without making me feel silly for asking basic questions. Very great experience and a very kind employee!

The representative was extremely helpful and professional from the time I entered the store and offered a reduction in my monthly billing with no reduction in the service provided in addition taking of my initial request to download my new phone. I will be back to this particular store if I need assistance in the future.
