“I love this place. If you're considering metro, GO TO THE JOHNSON STORE!!!! Every single time I visit the Johnson store, I receive great service and most importantly, great value for my money. The Johnson store has never tried to scam me or force me to purchase accessories that I never asked for. At the Nettleton store, they'll tell you a phone case and screen protecter is included in the price of the phone but make sure you get that receipt so you can see how they charged you an extra $32 for each one. ONE phone (a free one, mind you) and one new line would've costed me over $220 at the Nettleton store because they try to scam people. The Johnson store has NEVER done me wrong and I'll keep coming back every single time I need a phone, I won't go anywhere else. I think the lady who usually helps me is named Mel? But I can't remember lol she's always AMAZING and looks out for her customers instead of trying to figure out ways to sneak in commission sales like the Nettleton store does. She's honest about pricing and always tries to help you get the best deal she possibly can. If she ever quits that job, I'll never step foot into a metropcs store again in my life. LOVE HER!!!”

I was in there on Friday to get some issues resolved with my phone, not T-Mobile, but with my iPhone and they went above and beyond to make sure all of my questions were answered, and all of my needs were met. James M. Even changed my screen protector for me after all my other needs. While I was in there and my sugar dropped, they brought me something to help me get it back up and made sure I was OK..
