First National Bank is a good and trustworthy bank overall. Employees are very well mannered, respectful, helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. They truly care, provide friendly service, and are an asset to customer service. However, the banking app and online site have a frustrating lag problem with account transactions. This issue definitely needs to be fixed, as it is very frustrating compared to other banks.
The staff there are very nice friendly and patient with people.
