I have banked here for three years now. Holley is always eager to help me. She is very knowledgeable. She is always able to direct me with spot on remedies for any issues that arise. She is always friendly. I am very thankful for her. She is definitely an asset to your front line customer service.

Love the employees at all the branches, especially Southwest Dr where I primarily bank! They’re always greeting me with a smile & such friendly service. Rarely have to wait very long at all & they always please!

I had a very interesting interaction with this bank. It's not my bank so i don't care if they see this, but i know i won't bank with them. So i was getting a cashier's check. After i received the check, i wanted to get bigger bills for change i had. It turns out you can't break or change your cash unless you have an account with then. I find this very odd because cash is cash. What does it matter if i have an account or not. Regardless, this little rule didn't really gave me the best impression of this institution. If they restrict the most basic function of a bank, i can't imagine how hard it must be to bank with them. Anyways. Don't come here if you have Change you wish to break. Maybe they are better i don't know, but this definitely surprised me.

I believe this is the best bank in Craighead county. The staff are intelligent, courteous, and respectful. No hidden fees, on the spot debit cards, mobile banking.

Was talked to in the most rude and unprofessional manner inmaginable. Called the main branch and was basically called a liar. Said they won't do a thing about this employee because she is a great customer service person. Well I've worked in customer service my whole life and I beg to differ. You just lost my business as well as the rest of my family's.

My bank account has been hacked on more than one occasion and I have been told it's my issue to handle, while at the same time they keep charging me an over draft fee for the charges I did not do. Don't bank here.

Bank treats customers unfairly and through policy seemingly discriminates against the less wealthy. It also relies on a predatory overdraft protection program to make money off of the less fortunate.
