“Michael was my contact at the KAR Shop. When I say this man went above and beyond in service, transparency, communication, quality of work and reassurance, I mean it. I cannot speak highly enough of this shop. I took my 2018 GMC Sierra to a different shop and they tried to charge me 14k for a new engine, I got a second opinion at the KAR Shop and all it needed was a new radiator and water pump savings me 13 thousand dollars. Now my truck drives better than ever
Additionally, my 1997 Land Cruiser needed some love and I had a significant amount of mechanical and engine work and Michael and his team were able to get me all fixed up and they saved me money by finding different work-arounds.
If you need anything done on your vehicle from a simple oil change to the most extensive job, do yourself a favor and go see Michael at the KAR Shop! Best in NWA.”

“I was referred to Matt by my insurance co. I had purchased a used car that had a headlight cover that was "cloudy." The dealer where I purchased the 9 yr old car buffed it out using a sander, making it so much worse. I went to Matt, thinking I would need to order a new cover. He asked to give him 20 minutes, & to my pleasant surprise, it looked brand new when he finished. Cost? Zero. Ty Matt!”

“I brought my x6m here for a full engine replacement. Shane did a fantastic job with the vehicle. I wish I had known them sooner. Shane is very knowledgeable of BMW and the cost is very reasonable. If you own a BMW and needed some work, bring it here and you won't be disappointed. DONT bring it to the dealership, you're just going to regret it.

He made great recommendations on the kit itself and options to look for, and had it done faster than I would've thought.
