“I have an Excursion that needed the full back side vent glass replaced and I went everywhere trying to get it done for 2 years. Every body shop and Safelight I went to told me that they don’t make the part anymore and that I should check with junkyards and EBay. In desperation, I went to Bentonville Glass to see if I could just get SOMETHING to cover the gaping hole other than a hideous tarp. I asked if they could just cut a piece of glass to put in there. They couldn’t help but said if I found the part on EBay they’d be happy to install it for me. **Shoutout to Bentonville Glass!!** THANKFULLY, a lady at Bentonville Glass referred me to Matt at Auto Appearance Group. I immediately called Matt, he text me his address and told me to come out so he could shrink wrap the hole while he tried to find the part. Within the hour, the gaping side vent hole was shrink wrapped and he had a part on the way to fix it! Within 3 days I had new glass, and they had cleaned up all the muck and gunk from Gorilla Tape getting baked on from tarping it for so long. I will recommend Auto Appearance Group to everyone I possibly can! Matt and Jose get a 10/10 on superior service, customer care, and excellent work!”

“This place is amazing! I took my car in for an oil change at another shop who suggested I should have my oil pan replaced because there was a leak. I told them I was going on a trip in a couple of days and would need it repaired quickly. They stated they would not be able to get it done and recommended that I contact Best Brake and More to see if they could do the repair. I called and talked to Jesse who stated that I should bring it in and have him look at it because it may be just fine to take on the trip if oil wasn't visible on the ground. He gave me a time to bring it in (I later found out that it was after they closed for the day), and he inspected it, and even took me into the shop to explain what was going on. He let me know that the bolts on the oil pan were loose and that he would snug them up and it should be just fine to take on the trip. He told me that he even checked the brakes and hoses and that everything looked trip worthy. I tried to pay him for his time and he flat out refused to take any money from me. One of the best experiences Ive had with a business in a long time. Best Brake and More will get all of my auto maintenance business from now on. Highly recommended!”

It was two weeks between visits and the office was HOT both times I was there. The air conditioner needs to be fixed - it’s a little unnerving to ask someone to maintenance on your car that won’t maintain their own A/C?”

“Had a piece of trim come loose from my F250 and factory replacement procedure included removing the back glass.......not cost effective nor rational for a simple trim piece replacement. Stopped by Old Town Auto Body and talked to Ben. Local owned business and great at solving problems. Within just a short time, the trim piece was reattached to a factory look and my F250 back on the road. Can't say enough about these guys. Local owned business is the only place to do business anymore. Stop and ask yourself who benefits from your dollar being spent........corporate people who you never meet, or local family taking care of the community. Bring back local business support and family owned businesses.”
“Well, I believe the fair pricing mentioned in reviews. We took our vw here. Tho they could not find the part before closing for the holidays, they diagnosed it and ended up not charging us. From what I read about the part they said to replace, it seems a very accurate diagnosis. I will definitely bring my car here when I have another issue, not only as a thank you,but also because I believe they are not going to sock us with a huge bill. I will update if on the future we do so. But 5 stars for honesty.”
“Called A&B for a windshield replacement, was greeted by Joe. He was professional and courteous, and quickly gave me a quote, which was half of what most other places quoted me.
I scheduled an appointment and dropped the vehicle off. The work was preformed and I was called when it was complete.
When I picked up my vehicle, I spoke with Joe again and he explained the previous company that installed my other windshield had not installed an important piece causing part of the frame around the windshield to rust. Joe took the time to remove the rust and sealed the metal to prevent future issues.
Of note: the other company was not in Arkansas, so this is not a dig at a competitor.
Overall I was extremely satisfied with the installation, because A&B isn't a corporate chain or franchise hiring kids for $15 an hour.
Joe knows what he is doing, and it shows in the details and workmanship.
Joe earned my future business for a reason. Go see him, he deserves your business.”
“I stopped in to visit with Hoss about the possibility of buying, gutting, and renovating an Airstream. I wasn’t ready to buy that day and was really just looking for information on what it would take to build something like that out.
Hoss was incredibly generous with his time and knowledge. He answered my questions, shared valuable insight, and never once made me feel rushed or pressured.
It was a pleasure talking with him, and I have to say, his generation has a different way of doing business. It’s honest, straightforward, and free of the corporate polish that so many places seem to prioritize these days. Personally, even as an older millennial, I appreciate that.
