Over 3 hours and still no wrecker on site. 20 miles south of Little Rock and they say they can’t find anyone to respond. Might be that you’re paying peanuts to the wrecker services and they depriortize your calls for members.

I accidentally drained my battery and needed roadside assistance for a boost. I had to call Canada CAA, to transfer to AAA. The Little Rock branch was so enjoyable to deal with, I felt like I had just called a friend for assistance, CAA has always treated me well, but this branch of AAA was my best experience ever. I wish I could have contacted them to mention how great their driver was, so polite and helpful, I hope he's recognized for that. Thank you for saving the day

I’ve paid for a plus membership for my granddaughter and I for two years. Never once called them. My phone number and address are attached to the account for them to verify for any calls for service. The one time I needed them my car was running and the door was locked. When I called they said I’ve had too many service calls. Excuse me? Come to find out someone else with a completely different phone number called them in. No verification of phone number or address.
In the meantime the car is still running and I’m locked out. They finally disputed one call in their system so they could send someone out for this call. After two phone calls (one they hang up on me) and having to escalate up to a supervisor. Not cool. To say the least I won’t be renewing.

It's very good. However my Agent is no longer in business. The rates are very competitive, I don't recall but one rate increase in 7 years.

The staff is friendly and professional. I came in for an international drivers permit. It was quick and easy. The store was very clean and organized.

The driver helped me immensely. You stayed with me until the tow truck vehicle and Driver came. He should get a raise. I wish I could remember his name but a very good young man.
