Let me start off by saying this. Oh my god. I get that we fell behind on some payments, ok. But it’s also the holidays and everyone I know including my family are very very tight right now, we usually get it caught up all in one go. Arrangements were made for pickup which you failed to do on your end. But you do not call my phone and threaten there is no need for that especially when we took off of work to wait on you for pickup and you never showed. you stated that we were “refusing to give you your stuff back” no, you never came to pick it up. Then you proceeded to tell me “you are the worst customers ever” seriously, that was very disrespectful and uncalled for after doing service with you all for years, literally. Aaron is the Pearson that I spoke to ironically, at this location and believe me I had so many rude things that I wanted to say to him, but out of respect for you and the company I didn’t. Because of that employee’s attitude and the disrespect I have absolutely no faith in this store nor will I trust this store again. I have learned my lesson when it comes to renting, from here on out I will buy it out no matter how long it takes to save. This location has some good employees, but the rest I will not stand for. This store is not worth any of it. God forbid something major happens, they do not care about you or your family they want it back the very next day. I have never had this problem anywhere else. Take note: we are human, not everyone is the same, whatever happened to you in the past because of other customers does not mean you mistreat the good ones verbally or physically.

This is the worst place to do businesses. How do you order something in October and November rolls around and you haven't received your product. Everytime you call it's a different lie. I don't see how they still in businesses. They need some new people working in there.

If I could leave 0 stars I would! Very unprofessional, add unnecessary fees whenever they want, make unnecessary house visits. It’s very annoying dealing with this company. This is the worst bill I have! Didn’t even install my dryer right but hound you down for a payment. Told me to beat him to the store and he will waive the fee! When did this become a race? Never heard nothing like that before. Let me also add, they delivered the wrong washer/dryer and force me to pay more than what I agreed. Lord forbid your a day late, you’ll wake up to them at your door. Very inconsiderate people. Very childish and immature. 1/10 .

The way y'all handle business is completely unprofessional. No one has returned any of my phone calls. It’s sad that I had to call in the first place just for y’all to ignore me completely. If no one reaches out to me by today just cancel the order and send my little bread back. It’s been well over 5-7 business days and I have no furniture and y’all don’t care to communicate. I don’t do bad business; this is unacceptable. There is no excuse for the actions or lack there of from Aaron’s. The image of the business depends upon your staff; clearly some restaffing needs to take place.

The staff here is highly immature, childish and unprofessional. I’ve submitted several complaints to corporate management and hope they further investigate this location. Octavius and John are the most unprofessional people I’ve ever spoken with in Customer Service. I’ve cancelled my order, because I refuse to do business with a company that has employees like these, representing them.

I love this store. The old staff was a little bit friendlier. The new manager John is awesome he's quiet. Had a few words with the assistant manager. But overall and excellent store to purchase quality merchandise.

Poor quality products. I have been a loyal custome since 2011 in Oklahoma, since I moved here I thought it would be the same. I was wrong. They had rude maganagent at first but, they got someone new, Their products are noticeably different from the products I got from Oklahoma. I now have a dryer that had broken in 1 month of paying it off with 120 days same as cash. Now management is avoiding my phone calls.

My washer & dryer were installed with the wrong attachments causing a slow leak making my water bill over $350 for 2 months and I had to replace the floor underneath the washer. They fixed the hose but not the dryer hose! Luckily I have renters insurance. They have called several times for payment and to pickup items (probably to refinance as new because this is definitely used equipment) No one has offered to do anything about my floor or even fix the dryer.

I would never do business with these people, they're rude and very disrespectful. They expect you to spend your money, but treat you like peasants. If customer service is a plus for you, it won't be found here. Not only is the manager rude, so are the other front employees.
