I love this store. The old staff was a little bit friendlier. The new manager John is awesome he's quiet. Had a few words with the assistant manager. But overall and excellent store to purchase quality merchandise.

My washer & dryer were installed with the wrong attachments causing a slow leak making my water bill over $350 for 2 months and I had to replace the floor underneath the washer. They fixed the hose but not the dryer hose! Luckily I have renters insurance. They have called several times for payment and to pickup items (probably to refinance as new because this is definitely used equipment) No one has offered to do anything about my floor or even fix the dryer.

I would never do business with these people, they're rude and very disrespectful. They expect you to spend your money, but treat you like peasants. If customer service is a plus for you, it won't be found here. Not only is the manager rude, so are the other front employees.

Poor quality products. I have been a loyal custome since 2011 in Oklahoma, since I moved here I thought it would be the same. I was wrong. They had rude maganagent at first but, they got someone new, Their products are noticeably different from the products I got from Oklahoma. I now have a dryer that had broken in 1 month of paying it off with 120 days same as cash. Now management is avoiding my phone calls.

When I moved into my new home, Aaron's was able to furnish every room. All of the furniture options were top quality. The manager Nita was always accommodating whenever my design plans changed. Great experience !

My salesman Mr Pompeii was absolutely fantastic. He was working hard on a tablet than keep dieing and was still giving me excellent customer service. My bad experience came from watching this young man getting yelled at my his Superior Robert. Robert made me want to walk out the door and not make my purchase. He needs a lesson in respect and how to treat his employees.

Made a cash and carry purchase. Paid for delivery. Waited over a week. Made sure someone would be there. Nobody showed up. Called. They said they couldn’t deliver before closing and wanted to reschedule. No way. We waited and paid for delivery. We both work hectic schedules and it’s not easy to arrange. I wish we listened to the reviews but I always try to give a fair chance. Took forever for the money to be returned. They didn’t offer any concession such as discount the delivery fee. Didn’t even apologize.
