Usually I have a pleasant experience when I come to shop here. However, this past Wednesday, September 22nd while I was shopping I heard two employees, both with short dark brown hair complaining about their bosses boss and throwing a fit about one of them not getting store keys. I can understand people becoming annoyed about certain things, but I was appalled and concerned to hear one of the associates describe wanting to body slam her to the ground they were so frustrated and the other employee encouraging the others frustrations. One of them going as far as to describe how tiny she was she probably only weighs a max 120lbs and the other employee chiming in saying if that... She most likely weighs 100lbs. Where the complaining employee commented "even better I could easily do that". They continued their frustrations as I continued to go through the store and try to shop, but couldn't get over my concern that this conversation continued close to the counter for at least the duration of the 15 minutes I shopped. I ended up leaving and not buying anything that day. I will just order online rather than support a business where two employees that seemed to be higher up seeing as they were discussing store keys talked about such negativity and violence in the store through their frustrations. It wasn't hard to overhear any of this conversation even over the music, and the other employee must have been gone a while because the one that was denied a key had stated that she was so glad she was back so she could vent to her about these things. Which sounds like it actually happens often & I really hope they were only joking and that isn't the case, but honestly this isn't something I feel one should joke about or encourage.

Best jean shopping experience of my life. I absolutely despise shopping for jeans and two of the employees, Amy and Patrick, we’re so incredibly kind and helpful!! They helped me find jeans that fit great and even suggested me some more online they didn’t have in store.

Today I came into the store and grabbed what I was looking for and headed to the cashier. She was very nice and even complimented my necklace. I asked her “online it is 60% off clearance, but here in store it says 50% off, is it possible for me to get the 60% off?” She said “of course we can definitely price match that for you.” She changed the price for me and then called for the manager to type in her code for it to go through. When the manger FINALLY came she refused to give me the 60% off after it had already been price matched because i didn’t have a “code” for the 60% off. Even after I showed her online that I could get them for 60% off, she continued to condescendingly (literally talked to me like a 5 year old) tell me that it was an old deal. I was very polite and was not there to argue. I just wanted the price I was given by the cashier. I gave in and begrudgingly bought my items anyway because she made me feel so embarrassed and uncomfortable I just wanted to get out of there. During the rest of the check out process she kept trying to convince me she was right from across the store like she had to have the last word, even though I was never trying to argue in the first place. I have worked in many retail shops and restaurants and no one should ever make there customers feel like they are stupid.

i was in the store on Friday to buy a pair of jean shorts. i cannot wear a mask, recommended by my doctor because i suffer from COPD. i had the mask on, but my nose was barely not covered so that i can breathe properly. i was in the phone with my sister because i was about to have a panic attack about not being able to breathe. i was RUDELY HARASSED CELESTE! she hovered over me (NOT SOCIAL DISTANCING), right on top of me, in the ear that i was talking to my sister, telling me very loudly “YOU HAVE TO WEAR YOUR MASK OR GET OUT”. i was very embarrassed, she as well should be. my sister was on the phone concerned because the employee repeatedly was yelling it at me while not social distancing. i looked at her and told her i have a breathing condition, where i was told “i don’t care” by Celeste (very unprofessional and rude). i was social distancing myself even more from other people because i know some are paranoid about masks and i respect that, but mine was on up to the very mid part of my nostrils. my mask was on but i need to be able to breathe properly and not be harassed by such a rude employee. the lady who checked me out was very polite and could tell that i was frustrated. i am disappointed that people like CELESTE does not take into consideration people’s medical conditions and thinks that harassing and publicly embarrassing customers is okay. my sister is contacting corporate at well about the harassment situation because even though she was not there physically, she was talking to me on the phone and was freaking out with me. Celeste needs to be fired or taught proper customer behavior, WILL NOT be returning to this store.
