Thank you so much for my iPhone 14. The features on it are excellent. The dual camera. FaceTime features, built in emojis, productivity apps such as calculator, calendar, maps, etc. I’m so grateful to have a device that grants me so many privileges and benefits.

Pretty unorganized. I came in and no help. Saw an individual towards the back helping another individual asked me if I needed something. Told him I was needing a screen protector, told me he couldn’t help me and to go to the front and someone will help me. Waited about 25 minutes at the front, but apparently I’m invisible because they were quick to help the people that came in after me. Decided to leave since apparently my business is not worth the acknowledgment.

I went there with my sister to try to fix her phone. We stayed there for over 4 hours. It was rediculous. Each agent helps multiple people at the time. The person helping ua could not stay 3 minutes talking tonus without talking to another cuatomer or another agent about something else. I did not see any issues with how the agents were trying to fix people issues but their customer service approach needs a complete make up.

I had an appointment at 12:45. I'm severely disabled. And was running a few minutes late approximately 10. So I tried to call the store to see if that was going to be acceptable. But Their system automatically transferred me to Apple Support who had an extended wait time. Well I'm not gonna make it halfway to Little Rock 45 minutes away just to find out that no you can't get here 10-15 minutes away because you know your appointment is canceled. But instead they wanted to send me let me sit and their screen won't scroll down to the bottom so I can't see what's being written so another flaw. In Apple. I had to hang up my phone call so that I could dictate this. But Apple continually fails to support their customers in a proper manner. There's no reason for me to be transferred over to Apple Support for me to ask The store a question about my appointment whether or to notify them that I'm gonna be a few minutes late. Why do I have to go all the way to Apple Support to find out if they will still accept me at the store while Apple puts me on a over 15 minute wait time. I could've been halfway there just to find out that I have to return home because I missed my appointment. i'm severely disabled there are complications with my disability yet they are insensitive to that fact because now they have put me in a position where I either choose to go down there and continue to suffer and miss my appointment because I was a few minutes late and then have to come back and reschedule anyways or they could've answered the phone

Disappointed in you, Apple. I buy the new airpod pro 3’s. They don’t work. I schedule the appointment online, showed up 10 minutes early, checked in, was told to sit down and somebody would be with me. 20 minutes later nobody acknowledges me despite me moving to be in front of multiple employees at the Genius Bar. I get up and walk out. Nobody says anything. Thanks for nothing.

Helpful people, but really didn't like how I was treated. Wouldn't even let us look at an iPhone to choose which size we might want to buy. Didn't get one for now and going to ATT to get a look at them.

Tramai Randall went out of his the way to help me and a deaf woman at the same time who seemed in distress. I have been in software and technology for over 30 years. I was amazed how brilliantly he addressed both our needs effortlessly and with tremendous compasion. In these days, it gave me hope in human beings. Tramai, is irreplaceable and I am sure can never be compensated enough. Amazed.

Purchased the Apple Watch Ultra for $800 back in 2023. At the time the watch was advertised as a near indestructible watch that could handle rock climbing, water sports and diving up to 40 meters. I have had the watch for two years but have only gone in 1 meter of water twice for swimming with this watch on. On the second time that the watch has ever made contact with water, the screen turned off never to turn on again. A friendly Apple Tech helped explain that there wasn’t anything that Apple could do besides sell me a new watch. My complaint is with Apple selling a high end product that did not live up to their own advertised claims. If you advertise the reason your initial cost of $800 is due to the technology and superior build, I feel that it is misleading that after two years the watch reverts to a low end product.
