Went because my phones battery pack was expanding and pushing my screen off the phone, phone only charged wirelessly, and had begun to start dying at as much as 70%.Was immediately welcomed by staff, and soon met with a very nice Genius Technician named Bryan. He was immensely helpful and and got me the best deal I could have possibly imagined and in a very quick and clear manner. Could not be more pleased, and thank Bryan for all his assistance, improved my day enough to deserve a review.

I HATE THIS PLACE SO MUCH!This is my second visit to this location first time i was here i waited almost 2hrs, this time is absolutely no better. I was greeted by and very jaded employee acting like i was an inconvenience, all because i didnt make a reservation. I saw several employees walking around with tablets in there hands not doing a thing but was told i had to wait an hour to even been talked to. This is worse then going to a doctors appointment. Service is rude and very unwelcoming and since this is the only location near me its the only apple store i am able to go to.

I had a great experience at this store yesterday. I walked in without an appointment and they were able to see me later that day. The best part was the man who helped me didn’t speak to me like I was stupid. He went well beyond answering my questions. He talked me through my options and lead me to the best choice for me. I would recommend this store to anyone.

Worst customer service ever. And waited over two hours so they can tell me we close at 600 and not much I can do. They want to sell you all these extras but does not want to back their product. I will not be buying any more Apple products that's for sure!

I wanted a purple one my phone looks bluish. Y’all it’s been 10 years I’d appreciate a decent alarm y’all literally have had so much time to improve and still sitting her with the 14 it doesn’t even go off.

I bought an iPad from the AppleStore app and went in when they said it was ready for pick up. While I was picking it up, I inquired about the student discount as this was for my son going to college. They said I had to return it and repurchase it in order to get the discount. They would not let me repurchase it there, I had to go to the back and wait for someone to help me to repurchase. I waited by the IPad section section as instructed for over one hour and no one helped me. I even asked the gentleman at the front door what I needed to do to get help, he said wait right there. I guess you just wait for forever while other Apple Store clerks are standing around doing nothing also. Pretty awful, recommend going anywhere else than this Apple Store. This Apple Store is worse than an Emergency Room waiting room. I highly recommend you avoid them at all costs.I need to add an update: I went to Best Buy, they helped me in 5 minutes, I bought the same thing for $30 less, and they were very pleasant the entire time. Lesson- Go to Best Buy instead of the Apple Store.

Once me and my gf entered the store with the intention of returning an Apple Watch; we were told to go wait “by the pickup sign” and once we had hit the 15 minute mark of waiting we sat down at the table quite literally 2 feet from the sign assuming we would be viewed as “by the sign” being so close but instead we ended up waiting a full hour before the person we had spoken with when we entered materialized from the back and we asked if there was anyone available to help us to which we were told no one had thought to help people that had been in the store for an hour because we were not “by the sign.” Then once we stood up we were finally helped but the employees scanner had died so he had to return to the back for a one at full battery and then we were finally able to process our return. All in all I’m not sure why the employees at this location are so unobservant and inept but I had to cancel plans for later in the day due to the long wait time and for that I just want to warn others don’t take anyone’s word that you talk to over the phone you will wait an ungodly amount of time and most likely have to set aside at least 2 hours of your time for simple tasks other places have been able to handle in less then a quarter of the time in my experience.

I ordered an iPad for my son heading to college. I received the notice that is was ready and went tot the store to pick it up. I inquired about the student discount and they said that I had to return it and then go back by the iPads for an associate to help me repurchase it. I waited back by the iPads for over an hour with no help and even asked the greeters at the front door if I needed to do something else to get help. They said, "no just wait there". That was not helpfulAnd I never was helped by anyone despite many employees loitering around with seemingly nothing to do. They are awful there.

The sheer lack of actual customer service here is reprehensible. Team members will literally just causally walk around talking and whispering to one another completing ignoring your for 20, 30, or more minutes. If you watch it becomes blatantly obvious they never actually help another customer, and then finally when they feel like it, they’ll walk up and ask if you need help… as if you’ve been standing there for over a half hour for some other reason. Absolutely love Apple products. Appalled however at the customer service. At least at this location for sure.

They kept both of my computers for 3 days to transfer files from the non-working one to the new one. Didn’t transfer or even attempt to transfer a single file. Did nothing in those 3 days. Horrible communication from one “genius” to another so when the next person tries to work with it they have no idea what to do, what the problem was, what’s been done already, or what what requested- if they even check the notes. In the end they don’t care, they’re not there to do anything but help you reset your password or set up iCloud.
