Went to Archer’s Advantage for a warranty repair on a KI and was told it was going to be a $75 charge; I told them to go ahead and put new string and cables on my bow, too. I went to pick my bow up, four weeks later, and they charged me $100 for the warranty repair and there was no new string and cables. I was disappointed that they overcharged me and forgot the stringing and cables.

Nice staff,However dont like to answer the phone,Or give many details about what they have in stock ect, seems to require too much effort.Ill share my experience and if this works for you, then buy!One sales person was very helpful allowed me to try bows as necessary till i found what i was after.During the build i was disappointed, i was hoping to learn from the process, instead i had to coax the gentleman building the bow to do his job.1. Tied my d loop with no nocking points, (preference)2.D loop knots on same side of string, (nogo)3.Refused to level my sight, the guy said he had been a machinist and said the new sights were made very strait probably didn't need it, (the new strait sights have a level adjustment built into them) and i'd have to drop it off to have it done! (I didn't even ask for 3rd axis, just the bubble)4.Never checked cam timing.Didn't think i needed to paper tune he said "you have to break it in first". (Sure string move alot when new, but doesn't change cam position or rest placement. It should absolutely be done. Finally agreed after i insisted, i got a few shots and a couple adjustments before he decided it was plenty good and shut the tuning rack. This wasnt a Walmart priced bow, pretty much the most expensive bow in the store, and i purchased some accessories.Maybe some techs weren't in the store at the time idk. Hopefully experiences differ. If you can work on your own equipmentOr aren't a very discerning customer its a good place. Otherwise buy somewhere else.To Archers Advantage, if you read your reviews theres a distinct difference in service your customers are getting, it seems to be coming only from specific salespeople.

Went in to get my 7 year old set up. It was super busy but still had a great experience. Got everything we needed and will make this our go to place for archery.

Very unfriendly and rude. Was much better service and friendly under previous owner. Went in to get older crossbow fixed for my son and they said they couldn’t get parts for it. Funny that I can go online and get the parts. Guess they haven’t heard of the internet. I will never shop there again. Tim Jones

Awesome customer service! We came in with an old crossbow that needed a lot of TLC and they helped with a ton of information and help. They also didn’t charge us for adjusting wife’s compound bow draw weight and help. Great service and even better help!! 5 stars

I went there with my mom to get her compound bow adjusted. We both don't know much about Archery, and the employees were super helpful showing us tips and how to shoot. They were super patient and kind, they also had a lot of good deals!

Probably one of the best bow shops I’ve had the pleasure of finding. 2 1/2 years ago they set me up with a bear divergent. Walked me through the process on developing my form and gave me advice on how to enhance my skills for a future archery hunt. Fast forward to recent times, I brought my Matthew’s V3(had to upgrade) and show them my new setup. They looked it over, asked how my shooting was progressing and gave me advice on new sights I was thinking about getting, bought some arrows and called it a day. Really top notch guys in there. I’ll gladly travel the 6 1/2 hours to come back and give them my business.

I’m brand new to Archery, so I was a little hesitant on where I wanted to go to get my first bow. I did a lot of reading and checked a lot of reviews. I had a couple shops in mind but this one was closest to my house so I figured I’d give them a try. Immediately as I walked through the door I was greeted by 3-4 different guys that were ready to help. I was impressed with how clean the shop was and there was so much to choose from. I told them my price point I was trying to stay in and how I was brand new to this, that didn’t seem to bother them one bit. The main Gentleman that helped me (Shane) was extremely professional and had no issues showing a rookie like me how it’s done and the ins and outs of everything. I can’t say enough how pleased I am with the experience I had and recommend anyone experienced or brand new like me to check them out. They have definitely earned my business from here on out.

If you want to feel like you are truly valued as a customer this is where to go! These gentleman are top notch! Yes they are going to sell you the bow or accessories that you need but before you walk out the door they are going to make sure it is exactly what you need and what you are comfortable with. I haven’t shot a bow in a number of yrs and when purchasing my bow they made sure I walked out the door with what was best for me, my comfort and my skill level. It wasn’t just “this is what you need” they took the time to explain the what’s and whys. They never once rushed me. I took my bow in for a tune up and and let them know I felt like my peep needed adjusted…it wasn’t so much the peep as my stance but they adjusted my length back and forth a number of times and my peep, my release, you name it they did everything to help me. I am a left handed shooter and they went and got their lefty and then they all helped me with my anchor and stance. I left feeling so much better about getting back into something I really enjoy. These gentleman go above and beyond and I know I won’t be going anywhere else and I highly recommend them for all your archery needs.

Hated to see Gerald go but really like the new location. Really need a public archery range though. Central AR is really lacking for quality ranges.

Why have a range and not let people shoot what they just bought it would help if I could make sure my peep sight is set before leaving

Not any help when you ask about things very rude and I’ve had work done on my bow and will not go back after having to get it redone after shooting it once
