Exceptional customer service over the past 2 weeks that I have visited this location from the moment I walked up; the door opened and I was warmly greeted by tellers waiting to serve me at the door. Hospitality was outstanding. My next visit was through the drive through and I realized they have upgraded the drive through no sending my deposit up the shoot to my surprise and again excellent service. Good popcorn and dumdums were just an added touch.

Crystal was incredibly clear and concise, and helped put my mind at ease about some fraudulent purchases in my account. One of the best bank experiences I’ve ever had considering the unfortunate circumstances.

This branch has such friendly staff! I felt like I was speaking to a friend, I didn't get the ladies name, I know it started with a J. Thank you for bringing back good customer service.

Good customer service. The way that business is handled if an individual needs to speak with someone is a waste of time. There should be a way to sign in if certain services are needed. Parking at this location is horrible it would be nice if this location could be relocated for better accessibility.

Customer service was adequate at most. I did get what I needed but had to deal with rude management. It was like they were "put out" because they were helping me.

I don't go to Arvest much. I only have the account now to make it harder for me to withdraw money, because I would have to make a trip there. Arvest has the most expensive fees. They were their normal slow and had like 5 lines open. I was exposed to something new today that I had not seen before. Someone wised up and started putting deposit / withdrawal slips in the drive thru cannisters. What a smart idea. Duh. About time. You would think this would speed them up, but it did not. Teller was nice and cordial though.

Visited the W Markham St location for the first time and dealt with teller Janeice who was very friendly and helpful. I was conducting an unfamiliar bank transaction and she was very patient. I will go to her every time if possible.

Truly one of the worst banks I've ever been with. Employees and managers have no idea how to do their jobs. Took me a year to resolve an issue they said wasn't their fault when it actually was. Wouldn't recommend Arvest bank.

I am blown away but the staff! Extremely friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable, and happy! From the door being opened by security, to the smiles of all the tellers, it truly was a 5 star experience. I am honored to be banking with Arvest!

I had two incidents with branch, first I went to get a money order for my rent and told her who to make it out to she told me she can't that which I know she is lying they have filled it out for me before, next I went to bank to cash a check and get some change, the mop top teller me I had to come inside, I never had to do that before why now

I recently became an account holder- less than 11 days. I have had more difficulties in depositing and accessing my funds. There is a delay in getting my deposit and paying bills, their bill pay app takes forever to pay my bills and NOW- I deposited a check yesterday and they called and told me my funds would not be available until Tuesday! They are holding my money hostage- and their excuse is "well you are a new account holder". If this is how they treat new customers- I won't be a customer for any longer. I am NOT HAPPY!!! VERY INCONVIENT- ITS MY MONEY AND I WANT IT NOW!!!
