The AT&T Store provides great customer service that is outstanding, awesome, and amazing. Staff are friendly, patient, and keep a positive attitude. They help customers right away, answering all questions and solving problems quickly in a process that is smooth and completely stress-free. Employees go above and beyond to assist, offering different products and helping with warranty claims. They ensure customers get exactly what they need and even show how to prevent future issues. The experience from beginning to end is highly recommended, making this location the best.
I went in not knowing what I wanted but the young man worked there truly help me out and made sure I was happy when I walked out their doors thanks again staff.

Nothing's wrong with the service they offer however the phone I chose is a slow phone that freezes up constantly and has no real memory to speak of ....store staff was more than helpful getting the pre paid service activated.....
