Andre with AT&T on Chenal in Little Rock Arkansas absolutely sat down with me and completely restored my email. It disappeared Friday morning at 8 am. I talked to 15 people with AT&T. I was on the phone till midnight. 16 hours non stop. No one did anything except Andre and he was great. True professional.

I went to change my mom's phone, and the client representative who took care of us was David. Since we stepped foot inside the store, I already knew that my experience wasn't going to be good. He was unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable; he kept trying to sell me iCloud storage even though I repeatedly told him I did not want it. He was rude and made me feel uncomfortable to the point where I told him I would go to another store. I have never had a good experience at this particular AT&T, but today was worse.

My cell phone died, so I went to this location to get an exact replacement. I was customer #3 of the day. Sat for 30 minutes while one rep chatted with a customer, no phone business done, the other rep did a little bit but mostly talked about cruises. Great for a social club, but if you want to do something about your cell phone, forget about it.

I've been getting the run around
Was promised At@t Visa card
And nobody doing anything about it
Keep getting the run around since last June
Then that was for fiber wifi
Then purchased three new phones
Not good customer service
