The gentleman at the store was quick to wait on me and nice enough- however the additional line that I was told would be $10 per month is still costing me $70.99 per month even after 4 months. No one could fix it or explain why it is not $10 like it continues to be advertised.

Walked into the store this evening prepared to switch to AT&T from a competitor bringing 5 potential new lines. Reps in the store were Bryley and Nylo. We weren’t greeted when we walked in. We weren’t acknowledged as we walked around. In fact, when one of the reps finished his current customer he got up and began pulling demo phones from the floor without saying a word to us. The only words we received from these 2 were when I returned to the store to ask their names so that we could report this occurrence to AT&T corporate. Will not return here and may not make the switch to AT&T

Went to upgrade my phone. Everything was good except they put a added a bunch of "add on" features without asking. Cancelled the order online once I saw it. Would definitely not use.

Please read and do not, by any means, go to this store. I get that no cellular company is perfect, but if you do want to deal with AT&T, save yourself the even bigger headache and go to the store on Financial Centre Parkway. That one is actually corporate owned.
This store is an “authorized retailer” meant to sell you products, but its employees have no training or interest in fixing your AT&T problems, just creating them.
My SO has a plan with FirstNet, and she bought a new iPhone from the Apple Store. When we took it to this store to get it activated, they had no idea how to do it and called several other people for help. It took way too long to figure out while the employee scolded us multiple times on how we should have just bought the phone from their store because it’s easier for them (read: they didn’t make money off the purchase).
We also recently bought an AT&T plan for her mother, and it took bargaining to get them to sell the lowest cost monthly plan. Absolutely insane that they can’t just list the plans they offer and let you choose. They didn’t want to tell us about the plan until we were about to walk out. Even then, they weren’t upfront and honest on the actual cost of the plan. When we came back to them later with issues, they told us to go to a corporate location because they can’t do anything. Absolutely zero interest in the customer.
And I’m sure it’s probably like this with most other cellular companies too, but this was such a bad experience that I’m determined to never use AT&T again for anything as long as I can help it.

Got to the store at 10 am this morning and the doors were locked. Myself and 4 other customers waited patiently for the store to open. I left after 15 minutes or so, grabbed a bite to eat, and came back. When I get back the front door is now unlocked, but no employees to be found.

Store manager was horrible. Did not explain anything to me and added features onto my account and additional line that I did not want. Will take legal action onto this matter this is not an AT&T store is on an operated by prime communications

Bad service don’t recommend anyone to go to the store. The store is not even at AT&T corporate store. This is on and operated by prime communications Stephan. The store manager is very rude and does not know policies and procedures. Definitely recommend him to get some training.

This honestly was the worst At&T store I've been to and the worst experience. Lane J was who serviced me. I requested a new line for my daughter with a new phone number for their cheapest rate and instead of being given a regular line for a single person, I was given a business line for $80, but that was absolutely not what I asked for. Why would this guy even give me a business line, absolutely ridiculous. I again asked if that was the cheapest line they had and his reply was yes. I was lied to and on top of that the 4 digit pin code I gave him was not what was put on file. This made it even more difficult for customer service to pull the account up. When I went back to the store, all of a sudden, he nor the manager could help and told me to call customer service which is ultimately what I had to do. I'm pretty sure he did this to earn commissions off of me as a customer and to block me from being able to use my line as I please. Honestly, if you do good work, commissions would come, because your work and service to the public would speak for itself. Horrible, horrible experience!
