I would like to thank the store manager and the nice lady I was the phone with for helping me at a really bad time.. my battery in my car and the manger came to my rescue and gave me a jump and won’t except payment. That’s the kind of people I want to buy my parts from!! Thank yall !

I was charged for something I never asked for nor that I received when I called and notified the store they said I could come get a refund for the item I didn't get nor did I ask for and never received it.they have me at the store waiting for someone to refund me and they tell me that they can't do it until the store manager comes up there.... Honestly it doesn't add up why do I have to wait over 30 plus minutes for the store manager to come back to refund me for something that he rang me up for then I never received or asked for in the first place. something's not adding up. EVERYONE MAKE SURE YOU CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE STORE.

This store has the worst customer service as far as I am concerned!! I've lived in Little Rock, Arkansas almost 2 years now!! I've been in this store about 5 times. The reason I've been in this store 5 times?? Every time enter in not greeted or assisted!! Let alone am I asked if I need any assistance!! For that reason give it 1 star!! If I could give it zero stars I would!! It seems as if is store wide discrimination!! I'm not sure it is, but it feels as this it is!! Thank you for the opportunity to voice my opinion!!

If I could leave a zero star I would ! Horrible customer service. More concerned about a conference call rather than replacing a car battery. Had us waiting damn near 2 hours until we ended up having to call someone else(a friend) to come replace our car battery then Ken had the audacity to request we bring the old battery back in. Like sir get up and do your job.
Ken if you didn’t know how to change a car battery that’s all you had to say.

The knowledge they had about my car was phenomenally extraordinaire! I could have never guess what part to get for my car! When I told them how my car was reacting, they immediately told me what part I needed. I couldn’t have never guessed it! Excellent service!
