Very rude and unhelpful re: selling a car they have the mortgage for. Declared they don’t help private with party sales. They prefer to deal with car lots only.

I drove 45 miles to find the Lobby didn't open until 10AM When I finally got up to window I was told I had to talk to a manager. Manager came out nd told me I would have to wait ONE HOUR to find they couldn't find an account number for me. I have been with Bank of America since 1988. Today I am moving my banking business to a bank that cares and provides service.

The service I received was very great. Mildred or whatever her name was the (mexican bank teller)i’m not racist or anything excuse me for my way of describing her but this lady was phenomenal ????? she helped me set my account up after driving 2 hours to there bank location. I was really satisfied with her and the bank manager as well the bank manager went above and beyond to help me cash and deposit a really large check that nobody else would touch at all. The ladies worked so hard and fast as they could with all the people there. I’d rather get good quality service by waiting for experienced and a hard working associate than to be rushed through the n li. I can’t vouch forthese horrible and mea experience reviews but I can vouch for mines and I commend these representives for there hard work and dedication, y’all service is very appreciated. I’d like to say thank you ALL for making me a REAL BOA member. Mrs. Mildred is now helping me start my first business account for the first time legally legit and she’s on it killing this process. God Bless you ladies and I give my love and thank you all for working with me God Bless BANK OF AMERICA ?? ?

They did not correctly advise me about online wire transfer. I had to go in multiple times. Not efficient. It took over an hour for a simple task

If I could give negative stars I would. This bank is awful- they are never fully staffed, the customer service is lacking, you have to wait an insane amount of time for anything & about a month ago they were locked out of their own safe. This bank needs an overhaul.

The Bowman branch is a pathetic excuse for a bank. I unfortunately have to bank with Bank of America at work, and every time I have tried to use this branch there has been issues. Today, I walked in with a simple check deposit. There was only one employee girl in the lobby (nobody at the teller stations) and she attempted to help me on her iPad. She poked around on it for 10 minutes or so and ended up turning me away because she said my account number was actually a credit card number. The number wasn't even 16 digits, it was 12 digits. Meanwhile a male employee walks over and takes the iPad to try it for himself. After a few more minutes, he gave me the same story. I didn't argue, I just asked where the next closest branch was and he directed me to Rodney Parham. When I arrived at the Rodney Parham branch, the teller took the deposit with no problems.Unfortunately, the Bowman branch seems to be employed by people who have bad attitudes about working. When the employee girl passed her iPad to the male employee, she moved on to another customer who had walked in after me. It was a small elderly woman with hearing problems. The employee girl was talking to the elderly woman, but the woman couldn't hear what was being said to her. Instead of showing patience and respect for elders, the girl employee was getting frustrated and being rude and visibly impatient with her. I had to leave quickly before I said something I would regret. Hopefully the elderly woman got what she needed.

Great bank been with them for years. The drive thru ATM is very convenient and since it is open 24hrs you can do all your banking business whenever.

Drive thru line was long but moved swiftly. Two entrances to bank. One teller inside lobby. Bank does not cash western union money transfers.

I really like this branch but the last time I went which was 2 weeks ago the drive thru teller was closed due to staff shortage. I like this branch because of the drive thru teller. I hope that this does not continue to be a issue.
