The men’s section has a man who works there on Sunday afternoons/evenings who is rude and definitely racist. He should be fired. I was in the store for 2+ hours one day trying on clothing (lost a ton of weight recently and needing almost new wardrobe lol) and then came back the next week. He speaks to everyone of his race but won’t even acknowledge me. Won’t ever shop there again

Benton store is understaffed. Lines at three checkouts left no one to help customers at cosmetics counter. After long wait, I left without a purchase. However the staff I did interact with were trying to help and were pleasant in spite of being overwhelmed.

Was shopping around and wasn’t offered any assistance, no biggie really but it’s typical customer service to do so. then i asked jay, a worker, to hold my shoes for me while i continued shopping around. He didn’t even look at me. anyways by the time i was ready to checkout he was not kind, had the wrong attitude to be in customer service, and had an attitude that was visible. At the end of the day it was just ridiculous cause you’re the one who applied for the job! don’t be moody with paying customers for no reason! it ruins the vibe of trying to shop when workers are unenthusiastic and unhelpful

Lovely jewelry selection. I do wish they had more costume jewelry like Betsey Johnson but I do like their selection.
They do have some Vera Bradley, but I didn't love the pricing especially since they were on sale. I wish they carried some older prints.

Very unprofessional staff. Colton was at the shoe section and was the one who checked me out, he didn’t know any deals that they had and was wanting to overcharge me. There was a mess all in the shoe section they don’t even know what they have going on or what they don’t.

Store is organized and aisles easy to navigate. At some point soon, they need to add back department staff to promote sales and aid the customer to find products. It would be nice to have flashing light at checkout counters that are actually staffed.

This was my first time going to this store. It wasn't for myself but for my client, everything was very nice and well put together in that store. Gary Hoag one of the finest sales persons I ever met genuine, well-dressed, and all around good young man I said Young that was his attitude look forward to seeing him again when I go back
