The store has clean bathrooms and the staff are often described as nice, helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and competent, particularly the Geek Squad inside. However, experiences can vary; some visits find staff very focused and helpful, while past visits felt the staff were prioritized over customers. The store can be out of stock of several items, and specific models are sometimes not available, leading customers to shop online. For the best service with Geek Squad, making an appointment is recommended. In-store pickup for online orders is noted as quick and easy.
Good place, decent stock. Not everyone on their floor is customer service minded, but the ones that are are stars at it.

Kinda warmed up to this place this visit. All my afore visits were bad or almost. It seemed as if the staff were the most important people in the store. Last time....it was better somehow.
