I'm not sure where to start with my experience, being that Ms. Jasmine is excellent at what she does! She's attentive, knowledgeable, and very helpful. I stall be back for any of my Boost Mobile needs.

I called the store because they had the iPhone 11 on sale while supplies last. I ran down to get one. The lady that answered said they close at 7. I get to the store, she wouldn't open the door shaking her head no. There is no sign on the door saying they are closing early. There was no, I'm sorry ma'am we closed early. It was rude. I guess cheap service brings cheap customer service.

The lady that was in Boost was great. I felt d*** cause I tried to activate my phone myself....big failure....could not make calls or send text messages. I gave her my phone and she worked her magic. Phone working perfectly in less than 10 minutes...
