Terrible customer service. We were rented a vehicle with a severe exhaust leak coming into the cabin causing headaches and nausea. Budget representatives would do nothing to help us, by either bringing us a different vehicle or refunding our money. Absolutely the worst experience we've ever had renting a vehicle and we will be going back to Enterprise and staying with them .Enterprise has never let us down like Budget has

I would give ZERO stars if I could. For a 3 day rental, my total was $400. Unfortunately, we were hit with a winter storm that had canceled our flight and needed the vehicle for one more day. My 400 total became almost $800. When trying to dispute, they refused to make any accommodations and claimed that it's a 50% tax rate. This company price gouges and would not recommend them to anyone. They take advantage of frequent consumers in unfortunate conditions. DO NOT USE BUDGET!!!

My experience was horrible. This location needs immediate regional leadership attentionMy first car's exterior was filthy, that is beyond dirty. It had not been washed at all...360 dirt and mud stains. The interior back seat was visibly stained...Not stains that could be dusted off with a rag, these were deep set stains that had been there for a while. It was so bad. Picture either bodily fluids or a set of twins who were allowed to play with slime or eat. Whatever it was it was nasty. Lastly it reeked with smoke. I immediately askd for another vehicle and if the second one was like the first x2. After realizing this is a pattern, I did not have anymore time to change for the third time, nor were other car rentals available, I had to accept the 2nd car. It was a one way rental. The day before the return I traveled to a rural town so exchanging it at another loacation was not an option. This was the worst rental I have ever had. Actually this location should be temporarily closed until new processes for the care of rentals is established.

Horrible service, the fast break line was closed and getting the car took an hour. They "gave my [prepaid] reservation away to somebody else last night" then wanted me to pay more for an upgrade because my car was unavailable. They wanted to charge me a security deposit even though I've been in the fast break program for 20 years. Some of the interior features like the radio and display inside the car did not work. Massive incompetence that I've never seen before at any of the major car rental companies.

Disappointed in rental car provided. We were led to believe we were renting a Toyota Corolla. Instead, we received a Dodge Charger. There is a vast difference between the two vehicles. This truck-like ride and over-powered gas guzzling vehicle was not a pleasure to drive. It also cost us more in gas than we planned. Budget missed the boat on this switch. Let’s see if this feedback amounts to anything from Budget.

Do not use this budget car rental location whatsoever. They are scammers. I filled up the car and was still charged a refueling fee and some other fees that I am still trying to figure out. $35 refueling fee and I even have a photo of the car being full on fuel gauge and the gas receipt. Priceline autoselected budget brand rental car when I booked this and I usually use hertz and I have not been charged false fees before until now using this location and budget brand rental car. Just pay a bit more and use another brand NOT this one. No one answers when I call and no one had name tags or uniforms on so you always don’t know who is working what counter or if they even work there at the internal counter and the exterior lot counter.

Everything was great except the check in. The line had 15 people waiting, and two of the check in workers left to go to lunch, and it took over an hour to get the customers a vehicle. And it had the two workers stretched out and sweating. 2 stars fir that.. but dropping vehicles off was great! 5 star for that. Please do better Avis/ Budget

Absolutely hideous. I reserved a midsize car weeks in advance. They tell me they don't have a compact car ready, but I can pay to upgrade. I showed them the reservation and they said "yeah, but it will be a wait." The agent says she'll be right back and I've been standing at the counter for 30 minutes. Even the other associates tell me, "oh, she's probably getting your car." Do NOT recommend. It's their responsibility to supply me with a car, even if it's an upgrade. I'm done doing business with Budget.

Horrible customer service. Staff is consistently rude and unprofessional… there is no manager. I was accused of not leaving a key in the vehicle, and was threatened to be charged $600 for a key… all while the vehicle was running with a key in the ignition. The 15 minutes spent explaining how the vehicle works and showing the pickup worker the key IN THE IGNITION cost me my flight. Absolutely insane. Just rent from someone else.Cars are in poor condition, with dings and scratches.

Budget Rental Car is a good company but the Little Rock Airport location is sub par. There is no Fastbreak pickup option at this location and they are understaffed. Expect 45+ minutes in line to receive your rental. Don’t rent from Budget or Avis at this location.

Worst service ever! Been here a hour and half no one at the desk line of people in line , and the front counter staff keep going to the back for at least 20 minutes at a time.

Currently waiting in line. 15 people in front of me. One employee. Line has not moved in over 10 min. Probably should schedule more employees when you know you have a lot of reservations....but I'm no rental car expert.

We are members of the Fastbreak program which was not provided in Little Rock, AR. Prior to our travel date, I had replied to all the Budget emails and provided all updated information for the Fastbreak (walk up to your car and go ) experience. As it turned out, no one was by the cars to help. Instead, we had to walk inside to the counter and get in a long line of frustrated customers. There was one clerk at the inside counter. She did the best she could but the wait was around 45 minutes. We were traveling with a hungry toddler and were not prepared for Budget's lack of service. I'm very disappointed and will be looking at another car rental program.

The rental experience was efficient & more than affordable. I had a comfortable vehicle and was treated excellent by staff. Would definitely rent from Budget again.
