The customer service person answered all questions and did not rushed. They straighten billing issue immediately and have one best experiences. The gal that helped was very knowledgeable, friendly, nice and polite. The process was quick and effortless and the facility was clean. Budget mini storage real nice and quick. This place was wonderful when I first came to them but now they are worst place ever they had rats and they keep going up on there price and something is always wrong with the gate and they do not have a dumpster out and now they have changed the name don't not rent from them
