“This is the best place to buy hats and have them embroidered. Yes they get very busy and you may have to wait or come back if you're having something stitched on your purchase if they can't do it right then and there, but it's worth it. I've learned to go when they're not so busy or pick it up later. It works for me. It's all in what you want. The staff is nice, well mannered, and helpful also, especially around birthdays and Christmas. I never go wrong shopping with Lids at the Park Plaza Mall and even the people who I buy gifts for have started doing their shopping there.... They are also concerned about your safety because it's a small store and not So much as concerned with just taking your money like some other stores. Please respect that. So WEAR YOUR MASK.”
