This place is great!! I moved my daughter to the area several years ago and every time I visit her and need something fixed, these folks are meeting you at the door and asking how they can help. Top notch customer service that the big box stores could learn from. Thank you Cantrell Ace Hardware!!

Huge shout out to Patty for treating Lapochka and me like we mattered today! We appreciated your kindness, your knowledge, and your helpfulness in the garden center. We can't wait to plant, grow, and enjoy the blueberries and Arkansas thornless blackberries you helped us pick out.
Kudos to the store for stocking such a fantastic selection of plants this spring! This is the best I have seen here yet.

I was told over the phone that the store on Cantrell did price match items and once I arrived to pay for the pre-order I was told that Your store does not price match

Be careful if you purchase a grill here. They sold us a very expensive Weber grill that they modified for propane gas. The grill worked temporarily but won't heat up properly now. Weber support informed me it was because the grill is made for natural gas. The store wasn't willing to do anything to help us address the situation they created. Weber placed the blame on the store.
