BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE! Going to this store was part of a plan for my husband’s surprise party. I had told him that they were having a sale and I shopped and kept him distracted while his friends showed up at the racing place a few stores down. So I will say I was slightly distracted.
When we went to checkout I was texting to let our friends know we would be heading that way soon. The worker said the total was $266. I had gotten a lot but there was a sale so I kinda was taken back but looked at the screen and it had read $266. I paid cash. Three one hundred dollar bills. The cashier folded the receipt and placed it in the bag. We went to my husband’s surprise party.
When I got home I pulled out the receipt. The total read $166. I know for a FACT I paid the lady $266. So I went back up to the store without calling ahead and asked to see the footage. The manager there refused to show me. She literally told me “we have all of our workers empty their pockets on camera after each shift she didn’t take your money” (SKETCHY?) I asked to see the footage and was denied. She told me that the person who checked me out wasn’t working the day I went back up also but she was up at the front stocking shelves. She took my number and told me a manager would get with me. I haven’t heard a thing. I know I won’t get my money back. I just want to see the footage so I know I’m not wrong. That woman stole $100 from me. The other lady lied to cover her. I will not shop here ever again.

The white people who work there are very racist, very bad service was complaining that I'm just going to see and I don't buy anything, they are not the owners or do I have to pay to enter?

This place is so unprofessional!!! The workers especially one was being very rude and disrespectful to me. As soon as I walked inside I seen Ramona on her phone and had to wait 5 solid minutes until I was helped!!! She wasn’t even doing anything and knew I needed help finding some things! Overall this was a very unpleasant visit for me I would definitely not come back to this location. This location is definitely not worth going to!

Excellent customer service... As a Dad who really struggles to know what's in style (for myself AND the kids), they do a great job of making sure I'm comfortable and filling me in on what's popular and fashionable.I also love the Carter's brand, as they're more durable than many brands of kid clothes but also won't break the bank!
