Whoever decided to add birthday as another screening device, Why.?? This is required multiple time: billpay- dob; pause-dob; etc. During my most recent transactions, I counted 8 times were required.

Terrible banking service. They told me they close at 1:00 pm on saturdays. I went there around 12:50 and they were closed!! Very unprofessional.

The bankers are always friendly and welcoming. It's nice to deal with a bank that values their customers. They know who we are when we go through the drive-through, and no matter who is tending to us we always get a smile and wave from everyone.
