This by far has to be one of the best facilities in Little Rock. I housed my belongings here for about a year and a half and did not have to worry about a thing. Christina was absolutely amazing during my usage of the facility. Always kind and always willing to assist in any way possible while I was out of state.
If you are looking for a place that is CLEAN, pest free and secure, I would HIGHLY recommend this location and company.

Mrs. Christina is AMAZING. very clean and affordable, I had a job change while renting a unit from them and she worked with me & did everything in her power to help me be able to manage during the transition. Out of all the storage facilities I’ve used over the years chenal storage is #1 when it comes to costumer service & hospitality

I have been renting units at Chenal Storage off and on since 2017 as well as referring everyone I come in contact with that are looking for storage facilities in Little Rock. I can't recommend them highly enough!
It's rare to find any type of service that has been consistent as my experiences have been with Chenal Storage. What puts this storage facility in a league of their own is the manager, Christina. She has been nothing short of amazing and is what really sets them apart from everyone else.
Christina is always willing to work with me and consistently, CONSISTENTLY, gone above and beyond to be helpful and extremely accommodating. I've had several situations where I needed to adjust my moving schedule and even cancel the units. She has always been incredibly flexible and understanding. Whether it was holding on as long as she could to a couple of units that were together to make it convenient for me, allowing me to use their moving truck when I was in a bind, to just all around making an ongoing stressful situation for me completely hassle-free with no questions asked.
If you're looking for a clean, secure, and well-maintained storage facility where you will always be treated with genuine care, kindness, and respect, look no further. Go to Chenal Storage and Christina will earn your business for life!

10/10 would recommend using Chenal Storage. The staff (Christina) is friendly and kind, a family kind of feel! A moving truck is provided for move-in. The storage units are kept spotless and they smell wonderful, as the staff has air fresheners in each building. Additionally, the units are accessible and safe. Thank you Chenal Storage!

A Place I’ve Trusted for Over 5 Years – Truly Grateful
It’s hard to put into words just how much I appreciate the staff at Chenal Storage. Especially the management. I’ve been with them for over five years, and in that time, they’ve become more than just a storage facility—they’ve been a steady source of peace of mind during some really big life changes.
When I first signed up, I was in the middle of a move that felt overwhelming. From the very beginning, the team made me feel like I wasn’t just another customer. They were warm, patient, and genuinely kind. Over the years, whether I was downsizing, reorganizing, or just needed a safe place to keep what mattered to me—they’ve always been there.
The facility is spotless, secure, and easy to access, yes—but what’s really special is the people. There’s a real sense of care here, and that’s rare. I’ve never once worried about my things, and that peace of mind is priceless.

Christina, the woman who runs the show at this facility, is hands down the nicest, most understanding and helpful individual I've ever had the pleasure of doing any kind of business with. She is respectful and personable. The facility is clean and monitored with management on site 24/7. Rent a unit from here! I highly recommend!
