This place was a mess today. Usually organized but not today. Derrick is amazing he had a day off and the rest of the crew could not function without him. Everything went hay wire.

Customer Service really is awful, Doctors may be top notch, but wouldnt know. can never get an appointment to stick (they cancel alot) or anyone to answer the phone to get questions answered.

Very kind and caring staff. Dr. Alsebai in rheumatology is a wonderful doctor, and is very thorough. The infusion department is is always upbeat, and runs very efficiently. I am very pleased with this facility.

I have been going to LRDC for several years and see three different physicians there. I love all of them and have referred many patients to this clinic. But what happened today was unacceptable.There is a new policy that if you do not come to your appointment with your completed paperwork, you will have to reschedule. What if you didn't receive your paperwork in the mail? Then you should be there early to complete the paperwork. Is this an absurd policy? No, it's very reasonable.THE PROBLEM: This is a new policy and it was not communicated to patients. I show up early for my appointment today, stand in line for 20+ minutes to check in, don't have my paperwork because I never got it, told I have to reschedule because I don't have paperwork I never got and I wasn't checked in early enough to fill it out (even though I was there well before my appointment). In the past I was allowed to fill this paperwork out in the waiting room. Now, it seems that if you don't get paperwork in the mail, you are just supposed to know that you should have gotten it and show up early enough to be CHECKED IN 30 minutes early so you can fill it out. I left without being seen and will likely not be returning to this clinic.What should have happened? I should have been informed of this new policy before my appointment OR I should have been allowed to fill out the paperwork while waiting and told about the new policy at check-in. Instead, I wasted an hour and a half of my time and several gallons of gas.

I have called the Clinic 5 times this morning trying to reach my doctor's nurse and after waiting on hold for 10+ minutes all 5 times, when the call rings to a receptionist the call drops/hangs up. There is literally know way to call and reach someone in this Clinic.

Place is a cluster-$#&* since CHI took it over. My pharmacy is unable to get authorization for refills of my thyroid medicine that I must take every day. They’ve tried several times over the last week. Twice I’ve had to “borrow” pills from the pharmacy until I could get a message to my doctor. This time I tried calling his nurse but her voice mail has not been activated. Finally got someone on the phone who promised to get a message to the doctor or nurse. We’ll see. Before CHI, I’d get a reminder of upcoming appointments but not any more. Billed $30 for a missed appointment I’d neglected to put on my calendar. I bet my primary care doc can write the prescription & read my blood test. No wonder the place isn’t busy like it once was.

I am a LONG time patient with LRDC (20+yrs) and see 2 doctors. I am VERY pleased with the care I receive from the doctors, and always have been. When my long time RA doctor retired, I was worried moving to a new doc, but it has gone extremely well.Being a longtime patient, I was there when CHI took it over from Baptist. That is when the Customer Service began the slide into what can only be described as a nightmare. While I really like my doctors, I CANNOT get a return phone call - NEVER!I am currently having a pretty significant issue to which a new med was added, but it had to be approved by my insurance 1st. It was approved on 10/04 per the letter from my insurance…. Today is 10/20. I have called 4 times asking when, what, where to get me started on this med - SILENCE. Something has got to be changed. I have multiple autoimmune diseases (5), and am a “to the letter” follower of the doctor’s instructions. I do not want to change doctors!!!Having been in management myself, I would absolutely not tolerate the rudeness and lack of contact.

I have been going to LRDC for years. I can honestly say that the quality of staff and care has gone drastically downhill over the last 5 years. For example, I have been trying to get a referral to my neurosurgeon since 6/23/23 and here it is 10/5/23 and I am still trying. They stated they sent a paper copy but the Dr. never received it and my last message to them via portal has gone unanswered. That message was sent 9/23/23. I'm pretty sure that they have had plenty of time to read that message and respond. Patient care is definitely not a priority at this clinic any longer. I honestly don't even see how this clinic has a rating of 2.7 stars. It should be lower.

So I have been a patient at LRDC for years and I feel the service there has been just aweful. When calling you get rude reception and when asked to speak to a supervisor they just hang up . This is enough , I have my specialty doctor and regular doctor . I am ready to seek medical somewhere else .

Believe the reviews. Customer service is TRASH. I was trying to get a question answered and was transferred because I “wasn’t in the Little Rock diagnostic clinic system”. Clearly I am if I saw one of your doctors. I was then transferred back to them because that’s of course where I had my service completed. This lady was rude and quite literally started arguing with me before she HUNG UP on me. Absolute garbage employees in customer service. LRDC read your reviews and take notes.

Not sure what happened to this place but they definitely don’t seem to want clients to stay. Called over 15 times trying to schedule next treatment and they eventually just recommended I go somewhere else.

I have tried 3 times to reschedule an appointment with Dr Redding. He is a great Dr but I am considering going somewhere else because I cannot speak to anyone, leave messages but never return my calls. I cannot get the care I need. Dropped calls are another problem. Terrible administrator.

Redding canceled on me the day before after waiting 2 months for the appointment. Now every week in the mail I’m getting $30 no show bill. Just curious if anyone else has had this to happen.
