I chatted with employees from a number of storage units, and looked into a number of options online, and Store Ease just stood out compared to the rest. I actually didn’t end up getting a storage unit with Store Ease, Lee Ellen’s customer service and kindness alongside their price stood out so much to me, and will most likely use them if I ever have another need for one. Lee Ellen offered one of the kindest customer service interactions I’ve had in a long time.

Store Ease is an easy place place to store your stuff! The one close to my house has all climate controlled units. That's real nice . It seems like we only ever move when it is hot. outside. It was very easy to download their app and get it all setup online. It's so cool how they utilize technology for their business. .
You open the app. Next request the entry gate open. Then you request the building where your unit is to be unlocked . The reason I can't give five out of five stars is because the unit I was assigned is almost exactly in the middle of the building. We're moving and it would be nice to get the choice of where your storge unit is.
Bailey was very prompt responding to my inquiry about moving out. Thanks for the easy transaction!
