Friendly staff with a willingness to make sure you have all your questions answered and your needs met. Totally surprised they offered shuttle service to any eating establishments within three miles. Offered a great breakfast with different menu items each of the three days we stayed. And could not hear anyone from the rooms next to us.

It was VERY VERY CLEAN. I gave them 4 stars because of the construction that was going on infront of the hotel and I didn't have a whole lot of interaction with the staff. Not saying they wasn't night, I just wanted to check in and get to the bed.

Great hotel to stay at when I drive into town for business! Most of the staff is very friendly and helpful, the bartender at the hotel is great and makes the best margaritas! Rooms are always clean, and comfy!Nearby activities: It's located just across from downtown, so it's a quick drive to nearby restaurants and bars.Food & drinks: The food is great and the drinks at the bar are always delicious! Management isn't very good about keeping the bar stocked but that's no fault of the bartenders.

We stayed her while our son was getting surgery at Children hospital. The rooms and all areas were clean and looked great. The staff were all wonderful and so helpful at all times. We will defiantly look to stay here in the future.

Not sure about these other reviews. I had an amazing experience with the front desk. A/C wasn’t working properly in my first room, I was quickly taken care of and upgraded without question or hesitation. The young lady at the first desk was more than helpful and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again. Food and beverage at the bar was outstanding as well. Thank you.

Clean comfortable rooms, friendly and helpful staff! They even offer free shuttle service to & from the airport. And if your flight is later than your rental car needs to be turned in, you can hang out in their seating areas until you need to go to the airport on their shuttle. I would stay here again.

This hotel is really gross, bad location lots of homeless people all around. The photos are deceiving this place is not modern at all. I had to pay the cleaning ladies to leave extra towels they didn’t even clean the room the coffee makers in the rooms are dirty inside. They are just nasty. Boogers All over the couches. I booked with Expedia and had a no cancellation or refund policy so I had to stay there and I paid 120$ a night when this hotel isn’t worth more than 60$ a night just because it’s a place to stay. The mattress was rock hard. ROCK HARD. I was there with my twin babies that are 7 months old and I was freaking out about how nasty that couch was and then the floor was just disgusting. I was in room 300 third floor. The lady behind the desk was nice but just because they were nice doesn’t mean my stay wasn’t horrible. But I do appreciate them letting me park close to the front doors thank you for that. I had a really bad stay though. Also the hotel has a smell to it and I can’t get it out of my nose.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!If I can rate 0 stars that’s what I would rate. Worst customer service. Manager was unprofessional hanged up on me while talking to her and had a sarcastic voice when I attempted to talk to her a second time. Consider training your employees to be able to talk to customers. It is unacceptable that they act childish when addressing issues. Especially when they lie about calling and won’t even leave a message. I will be reaching out to corporate the attitude was unacceptable. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! If that is how your manager addresses any issues and talks to customers the company should really consider hiring a whole new staff. The whole negativity and rudeness she wouldn’t even consider listening to me and put me on hold when attempted to call again. I have been a comfort inn customer for years and have never had this experience. It is honestly sad that these are the people that are representing you. Your manager should not be this rude under any circumstance and that is coming from someone who has had 15 plus years in customer service and 10 plus years in management experience as a business owner I would not hire a person who talks to customer the way your manager did.

Great two day stay. Can tell they're still going through renovations but still a nice and comfortable room. The surrounding neighborhood also appears to be going through renovations but I bet in a few years it will be super nice.

I highly recommend, no complaints really at all other than my husband saying the bed was a little too hard for him so he didn’t really enjoy that part, but everything else was excellent, the location, the breakfast, the rooftop pool and the customer service, the check-in was smooth and we were accommodated with connecting rooms since our girls were with us and we wanted them to have their own space, they would also text to see how everything was going…We would most definitely stay here again…Rooms: The rooms, are very spacious, with refrigerator, microwave and Keurig.Safety: The location in the Downtown area, right off the Interstate, but it seemed pretty safe, homeless people were around but they didn’t seem to be bothering anyone.Walkability: The parking was very close.

I don't really want to give this place any stars. I was charged 3 times for a 1 night stay. The Guy Receptionist was flirting his a** off with me, which I think that is the reason. The hotel itself is ok, but when I came down to see about the charges, the manager was having a heart to heart with the guy who charged me up the a*** They told me to sit in the lobby to wait for the manager to finish her meeting with the employee. I felt this was such BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. The manager should take care of the paying customer first. Also when I was checking in last night the receptionist through the N word around like it was the thing to do. I will never ever come to this comfort inn again, and I feel the employees there are tarnishing the name of this company. Period

I am handicapped and found the room and particularly the bathroom to be properly deployed. The main room is probably a bit too narrow for a motorized wheel chair. My self propelled just barely got around , and we took turns in the aisle if you needed the closet or the bathroom. Otherwise nice and down town with plenty parking.
