Razorbox storage is an amazing storage facility with great customer service! They went above and beyond to ensure my move in and move out was stress free and went smoothly. The site was well kept and the storage units were also very clean. Jeff was very helpful, would highly recommend!

The staff went above and beyond—friendly, professional, I talked with Bev as if we had known each other for years. They made the entire rental process smooth and stress-free. This place is great! Came with a buddy of mine who rented a unit & was amazed how clean the place was; thinking about renting a unit myself now! Ms Bev in the office was fun & accomodating! Answered all of our questions & explained everything great!

I currently in the process of moving and need a good storage unit that wasn’t too expensive. Jeff took his time and when over all the units they had vacant and pricing! We found the perfect unit for me and I would recommend this storeage place to everyone! Just walk in the door and ask for Jeff he’s got your back he will walk you thru everything!!!

I recently was put in touch with Razor Box representative Bev. She was extremely helpful and very informative about how to operate and work within their parameters of Razor Box. I had several questions and she was able to offer me and give me the answers. I would highly recommend Bev as a great representative for Razor Box.

After adding a second storage unit at the Shackleford, Little Rock, location, issues arose that I will not go into here. Forunately, I had the pleasure of working with Bev Mc to resolve those issues. Because of Bev's professional approach and courteous response to my issues I decided not to sever my relationship with RazorBox Storage.
